We absolutely loved this condo it was super cute and clean and right on the beach!! Having 2 balconies was so nice would love to stay here again!!!

Location is great! Older condo but very nice. No elevator only stairs. Traveled with elderly parent that was unable to get up and down the stairs well, had to cut our trip short due to that. Did not see stairs only on Vrbo listing or would not of chosen it etc.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with easy beach access. Everything was well maintained and felt very welcoming. The owner was kind, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We truly felt at home here and had a fantastic vacation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Very clean and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach, not only was the condo super clean, but the location is great! We spent time on the beach and could drive into Tampa for dinner. Would stay here again!!!

Great condo - step from the beach

Comfortable condo within steps of the beach. Condo was well supplied with all the necessary kitchen items and plenty of blankets, pillows & towels. Only complaint...our stay wasn't long enough. :)

The rooms are very clean great location. Really only one chair could see the beach. Bedroom tvs very difficult to use. MAIN PROBLEM WAS 30 STEPS UP & 30 STEPS DOWN. I have a steel rod in my leg so nobody there to carry up luggage or bring down. Restaurants were good and easy to get to. Would recommend it if you are a climber & don’t mind 30 steps that was in the 200’s (2nd floor/ really 3rd floor). Tried to call host they said unavailable.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. There are a lot of stairs so if you have any health issues I would definitely take that into consideration before booking. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of equipment provided to use at the beach. The owners were very communicative. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here. :)

Beachfront Getaway

Condo is very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, etc. Conveniently located within walking distance to 7 restaurants, coffee shops, CVS drugstore, beach shops. Trolley stop right in front of condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only caveat is no elevator and condo is on top floor, so may not be suitable for those with physical limitations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is absolutely amazing. It is so clean, right on the beach (corner), but you can see it from the balcony. We've been coming back for years. Everything you could possibly need is available in the rental. It is a quiet perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The rental company is top notch, and so easy to work with!

I recommend this condo if you don’t have any disabilities or trouble walking. The condo itself was very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street, many to choose from.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were unaware there wasn't an elevator. We do not have this property listed as having an elevator. Please let whomever you are dealing with in the future, know that is a necessary feature for your group. They can then eliminate non-elevator buildings or give your ground level options. Well appointed.

Condo was clean and as described, well appointed, especially the kitchen. The stairs were a bit difficult to navigate, not a problem for the young and physically fit. Location was a bit noisy -close to the road/traffic. If you're into shelling, this beach didn't have much really. Not too far from Passe a Grille though which is a great area to shell.

Love IRB

Overall great experience. The Condo was very clean and fully stocked with dishes and spices. The storage locker had floats, a canopy, umbrellas, lots of beach chairs and beach toys. The only problems we the four flights of stairs, not good for the elderly with mobility issues . We also jad a neighbor complain because for one day for about 10 minutes our 2 year old ran around excitedley.

Only downside to this property is climbing and carrying all your things up numerous flights of stairs. Other than that the location, etc was fantastic

NICE STAY
