Eezy Breezy - lives up to the name!! :-)

Need a quiet escape from reality? Eezy Breezy is the place for you! Step into peace and quiet. Ideal for a family of four, a girls trip, two couples or executive rental, your island home is located in the middle of St. Croix. It's the perfect base to head out to either end of the island to enjoy diving, beach time, shopping or just relaxing.

If you feel like simply staying in, start your mornings with a cup of coffee freshly brewed in our traditional coffee maker and a seat on an Adirondack chair under the coconut trees. Watch the palm branches sway in the ocean breezes when you sit on the front porch to enjoy outdoor living island style. :-) The breeze will soothe you into tranquility. Grill up fresh local fish for lunch or dinner among lush greenery in your own private backyard.

Sleep blissfully in one of two large bedrooms. Turn on the remote controlled air conditioners and shut out the rest of the world. Our queen sized beds in each room gives you the perfect place to sleep in late or take afternoon naps. Enjoy fun, quality time together in the open concept living and dining rooms. Prepare home-cooked meals or heat up leftovers from one of our local restaurants in a fully equipped kitchen. Have breakfast or a snack at the breakfast bar.

When you do head out to explore and enjoy, we'll provide you with beach towels and a cooler to use. You'll have lots of contact information on the many activities to try while you're staying with us, including rental car information.

Eezy Breezy lives up to the name. Everything will be "eezy" when you stay with us. We'll take personal care of you!

The property owner could not have been more accommodating, his property manager was always available and was quick to respond to any questions.

Lots of space, conveniently located

Very nice 3 full bedrooms, top floor with view of the ocean in the distance. Easy drive to beaches and Christiansted. Great kitchen and laundry. Furniture is not what is pictured in photo.

Easy breezy

Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, we had plenty of tools for cooking for ourselves, and we loved having the dinning room table to hang out at. We really appreciated having beach chairs and extra towels proved. Property was conveniently located and clean, will absolutely stay here again!

Nice place, good location

It was spacious and clean, centrally located on the island. We did not have any major issues. My only small complaint was that the coffee pot was too small for such a large group. Overall, a great place!

Easy place to enjoy St. Croix

We stayed for a week and this apartment was in the perfect location for meeting up with our son and his fiancee who live on island. Plus, the responsiveness of Boniface and Macrina with any questions we had was amazing. The best hosts we've ever had. The bedroom(s) with the A/C made sleeping heavenly, and the large open-plan living area is where we hung out at night to play cards and catch up. And, having use of a washer and dryer made it easy to keep on top of laundry. Situated mid-island we easily visited beaches on both the east and west ends while enjoying meals out at various eateries. Plus, the history found at the WHIM ESTATE MUSEUM added an interesting cultural trip to our stay. Definitely worth visiting!

St Croix Visit

Not a lot of water pressure, and occasional power outages. But the views were fantastic, the breeze through the house was amazing. We slept well each night, and Boniface was very helpful.

Very responsive and accommodating host

I really appreciated: * Thomas's responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to accommodate a late departure when our flight was changed. * That the kitchen had a few basics from prior guests - e.g., salt, pepper, sandwich bags, coffee filters * Quality wifi and a TV set up to stream * Truly great A/Cs in the bedrooms * A washer/dryer * The breeze that keeps the house cool * The couch on the porch! The house could probably benefit from a bit of TLC (e.g., cleaning the screens and fixing the knob in the shower, a bit more lighting, etc.) Other upgrades to consider are: a) more cutlery -- there were only two forks; b) a few more food storage containers/tupperware and b) some beach towels/chairs/a cooler for use by visitors. On the whole, Easy Breezy got the job done and was a comfortable home base during a wonderful trip to an amazing place. And again, really appreciated the kindness of our host!

Christmas Vacay at Eezy Breezy

We spent a week in St Croix at the Eezy Breezy. We loved our stay on the island. Pros: -conveniently located in a quite neighbood with easy access to beaches and restaurants via car - super clean, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix, Prime, etc - Very spacious - great directions to the house. - grounds were pretty and neatly kept - mornings on the front porch was a highlight Cons: - bathtub needs attention. It is slippery and hazardous. The tub drained so slow that you were in ankle deep, or more, water because of the drainage. issue The left faucet handle literally came off in our hands. This made for a tricky shower. - poorly stocked utensils. Seriously, just two forks We would have given this a 5-star if not for the tub issues.

We appreciate all feed back from our guest , it's the only way we can provide a quality experience to all our guest. The tub issue has been resolved and any missing utensils will be replaced. There is a number in the welcome booklet for our local manager who would be able to resolve any issues that come up during your stay. Perfect location and perfect stay

We were completely satisfied with the accommodations and location of our VRBO residence. It was just outside Christiansted and we have a lovely breeze each morning and evening on the gallery. The owner and property manager were always prompt In responding to questions. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A great home away from home!!!! Spacious, comfortable and conveniently located.!!!

We had a great time staying here!!! It was centrally located on the island and was spacious and comfortable. The owner was very prompt with any questions or concerns and that was very appreciated. The wildlife, especially the roosters, chickens and chicks are very entertaining. It was a great gathering spot for us and our family. Thank you so much Thomas for everything!!! We all had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future. 💜🙋‍♀️

Property was easy to get to and close to everything.

Property was clean and close to everything. Rooms were spacious and the big. Property owner was friendly and was easy to get in touch with. I only wish it had more than one bathroom . I would definitely stay there again,

Great stay!

I would recommend to others, but be prepared to wake up with the crow of the rooster every morning. It helped us get an early start to our day and be the first in line at Thomas and Gary's Bakery for some hot titi bread. It was a lovely neighborhood with fruit trees in the back yard. Near to Christiansted area with lots of shopping and activities to do. House was clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The listing pictures shown, I'm guessing, are for the downstairs listing, but we were given the upstairs unit. Which pretty much has the same layout but isn't decorated as nicely as the lower unit. Overall, we would stay again.

Lives up to its name. Usually a nice breeze from front to back. Had a small issue with some of hte household equipment , but the owner was quick with repairs. It is in a convenient location, close to Chistiansted downtown.

Close to attractions

Boniface place is spacious and has the basic items you require. It is close to main attractions. You definitely require a vehicle to get around, taxi's are not reliable. You will get used to the roosters crowing .

Great location and communication

We spent a week in St Croix to visit family and to relax. This was a great place for us When we arrived, the owners happened to be on island and so were really easy to contact and willing to help out with anything we needed. We had lots of space and it was clean and secure. Thanks!

Eezy Breezy stay in St. Croix

Eezy Breezy was exactly as shown in the listing: clean, roomy, pleasant, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. A car is required to get around the island. Guests should know that they will likely be awakened early morning by roosters in the neighborhood. We actually liked it, but some people might not. Also, the neighborhood is not so good for walking due to lack of sidewalks and several dogs in the area. There were a couple minor issues with the lock and the TV but the owner and local agent responded immediately and resolved them on a timely basis. We loved St. Croix and will likely return.

Very nice home away from home

The apartment was very clean and had a lot of space. This would be a good place for a family to stay. You must get use to the chicken crowing but once you get past that you'll enjoy you stay. This is apartment is in an excellent location. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the United States Virgin Islands.

Excellent stay at Eezy Breezy

We stayed at this condo for 7 nights in Feb. 2019 and had a wonderful time! The Condo was well equipped and had all the essentials that we needed. Bonafice was a great host and was very responsive and helpful for us. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood is good and we felt quite safe walking around - even late at night. There is a very good Italian restaurant just down the street called Un Amore that you can walk to. We ate there twice during our stay and the food was excellent both times! The condo has internet and Netflix available on the TV, which was a nice surprise. I would say that a rental car is a must on this island (you will miss out on a lot of exploring without a car). There is a beautiful beach just down the street called "Sandy Beach" that is a great place to relax, swim, and work on your tan. Our favorite excursion was the Bio-Luminescent Bay Kayak Tour with Virgin Kayaks (check it out if you can!).

Spacious and breezy

Everything was as advertised; the unit was clean and spacious. We rarely used the air-conditioner as there were always nice tropical breezes blowing through the many windows. The unit was well equipped including bath towels, beach towels, even a cooler to take to the beach. The kitchen had dishes, pots, utensils, salt and pepper, dish detergent, and a few dry goods left by previous visitors (and we left a few for the next folks). You can also use the nice washer and dryer, detergent provided. There is good wi-fi. There is a TV but we never turned it on.   Thomas, the owner, was very responsive to any questions.  The nearest beach is about 3/4 mile away, and it is only about a 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted. There are several nearby grocery stores.  (One warning - there are chickens wandering everywhere in St Croix. They are totally harmless but roosters do crow before dawn. We got used to it after a few nights.)
