Glad to hear you enjoyed the property. As of July of 2015 there is a new fire ordinance and we are no longer allowed to have grills at the properties. Fort Zachary taylor is right down the street and you can bbq on the beach!

Truman annex

This property was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were able to watch the sunset every evening from our balcony. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic View

We saw great sunsets from the spacious deck. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complex is very quiet and safe. Short walk to Duval St. and Mallory Square. This was our second stay in this condo. I highly recommend this condo and Compass Realty.

Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got upgraded from Aqua Breeze due to some work being done on it. Tropical Executive is very nice, with no significant negatives, except that it takes a long time for water to get hot (sink or shower) after you turn it on, and it never got really hot (in any bathroom) - it got warm, but not hot. Probably less of an issue when the weather is hotter - we were there at Christmas.It's not evident from any documentation, but the deck outside your windows is not really 'your' deck - anyone else in the complex can get to it - but no one did while we were there. The concrete walkway shown in the picture is on the other side of a fence in a park, and takes some time to get to.It's a little longer walk to Duval than I had hoped, but nicely quiet.The furniture was clean and the TV worked well.A smoke alarm outside the apartment in a passageway started chirping (likely due to low battery) which was reported to the property management company, and they had it fixed within the hour. Very responsive! Overall, we had a really nice stay!

Reviewer Comments: We love this unit! Everything was perfect! Minor issue with WIFI when we arrived but, Marissa(Compass Realty) addressed the issue in a very timely manner. Elevator was down for repair during our visit but, Compass Realty contacted us in advance offering to move us to another unit. We opted to stay in this unit as we had stayed several units here and loved the outdoor space.

Good location , needs work

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the harbor place in Truman annex before and loved it! This is a great location, in the middle of everything! We would definitely stay in this building again. However, we couldn’t recommend this condo. Aside from the lack of light and feeling dark, several things did not work properly. The master bedroom fan never worked. It was still and stuffy in the master so I slept on the couch all week. The master shower did not drain. 6 days into our stay, it was finally fixed - even though ut was reported on day 2. The plumber came out to find and left the massive clump of hair, that was clogging the drain, in the shower for us to clean up. The air condition stopped working. After two days, we were able to get a repair guy out. The condo was big enough to accommodate our family of four. We love key west and are already talking about when to come back! It just won’t be at this unit.

What a great place

The view from Harbour Place condos can't be beat and it is in an ideal location. Condo was so comfortable and included everything we needed from washer and dryer, hair dryers, blenders, coffee makers, etc. Loved the plants that were on the deck, it made it feel very homey! Rental company was wonderful to work with as well!

Super clean, updated furnishings & linens, walking distance to Duval/ shopping, and the VIEW. We sat for hours enjoying the top notch sunsets & we also enjoyed sharing our view with all of the sunset charters. Harbor Place is both quiet and safe - while delivering unparalleled luxury!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was amazing, great location. The owners or, guests staying in 115 were smoking cigars while sitting on the deck. That was unpleasant. They were very loud as well, up until 3am. We only used the deck when they were not out there. Thought this was a non-smoking ppty? Also, we were given two sets of keys for the ppty, however, only one set actually worked to let us in the building (you may want to check the set with 3 keys). The wifi did not work either. It made it difficult to contact Compass (our cell reception was not that good either), oddly enough our phones worked better while on the boat. I just don't understand why we pay so much for a cleaning fee if we have to clean the entire ppty, wash all the towels, wash the bedding, etc.. prior to leaving? Not to mention, we had to call the cleaning lady confirming what we did prior to checking out. You may want to revise the check-out posted on the refrigerator. It conflicts with the info Compass provides.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo in the Truman Annex. Vey spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a great layout and very clean with everything we needed. This condo has a large deck overlooking the park and ocean. We saw great sunsets from our deck! This complex was very quiet. We walked everywhere - Duval was just a few blocks away, Mallory Square was just through the gate at the pool area. Compass Realty was great to work with and check in and check out was very easy and clear. We have already booked this condo again for next year!

Nice upscale townhouse on the water, with great views. Well maintained property, clean & fresh. A short walk from Duval St. shopping, bars, and restaurants. Easy booking process. We were very happy with our entire stay!

Great spot in Key West

Condo was in a great location- we walked everywhere. The view of the sunset on the water was a bonus. The quiet and calm in Truman Annex was nice to return to after spending our days fully experiencing Key West!
