Please note: Insects- Japanese Beetles known locally as "stinkbugs" are now naturally present in this area. Refunds are not given for their presence in the home. We recommend collection with tissue and flushing in the toilet. If the are crushed they produce a stench, but otherwise, are not harmful. Please do not vacuum as they will destroy the vacuum with their odor and charges will be incurred for replacement of the vacuum.
