Nestled within a private community featuring its own serene pond, sparkling pool, and tennis courts, this villa offers both relaxation and recreation in a prime location.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish and modern interior thoughtfully designed for comfort. The inviting living area features a plush sectional sofa, a leather recliner, and an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV—perfect for cozy evenings after a day of island adventures. The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional chairs available for seating up to six guests. The remodeled kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek tiled backsplash.

The villa offers two spacious bedrooms designed for rest and privacy. The first bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a shower. The second first bedroom includes two queen beds, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy peaceful golf course views while dining at the small patio set or grilling with the electric grill. For added convenience, the villa includes four adult bicycles, four backpack beach chairs, and a complimentary car pass (with an option to purchase an additional pass). Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with payment of a pet fee, making this a perfect choice for guests traveling with furry family members.

The condo had a terrible musky moldy smell as if it was flooded and not opened up for months. The condo had mold everywhere- the vents, in the furniture in the rooms, im the windows, in the shower curtain. There were roaches when we checked in the first few days but then they sprayed. The front door couldn’t be locked - the deadbolt did not work. All the screens were broken, the windows need to be replaced. The floors were dirty - was not cleaned well at all. Disappointing.

The villa is in a great location in Shipyard plantation. It was clean and most importantly, quiet. Would stay there again.

Beautifully Appointed Evian twnhouse

One of the nicest Evian properties. Golf course view. Walking distance to the beach. This villa has been remodeled. Would Definitely rent this villa again.

Nice getaway

The best part of the condo is the location. Being right on the golf course was really neat. My husband and I played several rounds of golf and the course was beautiful! The condo itself was much bigger than expected, several nice amenities, the washer and dryer was great! Shower in master bedroom is wonderful! We also loved the wooden shutters on the windows inside! I highly recommend this property!!

The unit was very nice. In retrospect I don’t think I’d stay in a dog friendly unit again as we could smell an “animal” scent. The unit needs better pillows and was decor was quite dark We do love the Evian area though

Reviewer Comments: 3 things-I wasn’t told that I could only purchase 1 parking pass when I booked.Even though many signs for no smoking at the pool, a large group was smoking, called Island Rentals, said they could not help , gave me 2 other phone numbers to call, no answers.Need to supply a map , property is huge.

Thanks for your review, Ann! I will make sure that the parking restrictions are made clear in the listing. I'm sure the smoking was obnoxious, and I apologize that there is not much we as the property mangers can do as far as enforcing the HOA/POA rules with other renters. I do hope this didn't take away from your enjoyment too much and that you will consider renting with us again.

Clean and fine

Not the greatest first impression. Decor is 90's era. But bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. All the basics are good. We needed pet-friendly in Evian, so this sufficed. Ice maker and water-dispenser on fridge did not work, but easy to work around. Comfortable bed. Fridge worked well.

Fix leak from ceiling AC vent in second bedroom. Rug was wet from that leak when we arrived and smells terrible. I apologize for not calling maintenance on this. I was ill and we left early. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Overall a great unit and I will remember it for my next trip to HHI.

Great location; family and pet friendly. need a new cleaning company...

Family of four 1/2 - this was our second year in HH,SC. The description and photos are 100% accurate. Things we loved: location was great - close to beach, shopping areas, restaurants; gated community; pool was a great size; great for morning family bike rides on the property. We brought our cappuccino maker but the rental also had all of the relevant kitchen and other electronic items in good working condition. Wifi also worked well for all of our devices. Communication with management company was excellent - had one small issue when we arrived with the parking pass, but it was resolved expeditiously. The one common theme across reviews that i noticed was the comments about the cleanliness. I highly recommend that the management company hire a different cleaning company. The surface cleaning was fine but after we settled in, we started noticing that places, like under the furniture, wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, would stay again and would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From minute you walk in you are overwhelmed by the cigarette smell( non smoking villa????) very disappointed. Booking through VBRO and you have to pay a cleaning fee and a VRBO fee but the place Is NOT clean! For the price one should have to do nothing but enjoy their vacation,not clean it first. The front glass door, floors,sheets,furniture,kitchen appliances everything was dirty. The sink was stopped up in master bath, air conditioner vent in 2nd bathroom leaked from ceiling, glass door wouldn't lock on front door.Was very dissatisfied this year with this villa.

Disappointed with lack of cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the unit was not clean. There was dog hair everywhere on the floor as well as the furniture. There was fresh damage behind the chair in the master bedroom (drywall dust still on the floor) and the TV was broken (although still watchable). Management was called about these issues and said the cleaning company would be there in 30-45 minutes. After over 2 hours of waiting, we found a sweeper and cleaned the entire unit ourselves. Cleaning company never showed. We, however were very pleased with the location, the included 4 bikes as well as the included pool chairs. The decorating/furniture is dated but not a big deal.

Diane, from what I can gather in your review, what locals and visitors alike see as a beautiful vacation spot might not be for you. We do take care of the area and yard crews are out daily. This is also an incredibly popular golf destination for, what I’m sure, are golfers with various political opinions. It seems a bit unfair to group an entire island’s population into one stereotype but so be it. We will continue to appreciate our surroundings and take care of our piece of paradise for those visitors that love it and find it to be a safe haven for vacations. I hope the storms did not damage your home or town.

We enjoyed our stay but just a couple things the front door did not latch well so we had an issue with the dog getting out. Also the bed in the second bedroom could use a new mattress. We really love the area and the fact we were provided with the bikes was a plus made it so easy to get around! Would definitely return. Thank you.

The villa was adorable, very functional. The floors were a bit dirty and left lots of dirt on my crawling babies knees and tops of feet, but other than that, everything was great. I love that the washer/dryer are on the second floor. The shower in the master is great! Thankfully there was a tub in the other to give the baby a bath. The walking path to the beach is beautiful. We spent so much time walking and riding the bikes around that we didn't make it to the pool until the last day. That was a huge regret, the pool was wonderful! Wish we went sooner. The dogs felt very comfortable here and even though there's quite a few places around, it was very quiet. Absolutely recommend staying here! Of note: pay attention to check in stuff, I forgot to pick up the parking pass first which would have made things a lot smoother

Wonderful accommodations for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Hilton Head many times, most of them in Shipyard. However, this was our first time in Evian and we found it to be a perfect location, centrally located between the beach and two entrances for quick access to both Pope and Wilton H Hilton Pkwy. The pullout in the second bedroom was perfect so our three teenage kids could have enough room, and all of the amenities were awesome. The unit was clean, well stocked, and reasonably updated.We only observed a few very minor issues, and did not report them but want to include now as to let the management know. There is a slight smell in the unit, and we bought an air freshener to replace one that had run out. It couldn’t totally mask the odor but it wasn’t an issue for us. The Black and Decker blender should probably be tossed, it is missing a cap on the lid and only worked for a few seconds. Luckily there was a second one there. Also, the toaster is missing the crumb tray. Lastly, the screen from the master bedroom window blew out during a storm and landed on the awning.We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we opened the door there was a stale smell that included cigarette smells. Opened windows and aired out. The older furniture has absorbed #@#% over time. The unit it dark, not like to pictures. The price was right though, much cheaper than renovated places. Loved the back covered patio, 10min walk to beach, and pool was great. Would recommend with caveats.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very dirty, especially the kitchen and cooking supplies. The rental had a musty smell that was pretty strong. The back porch was very dirty and it was obvious that the outdoor furniture hadn't been really cleaned this year. In addition, the pictures of the rental and beach are very misleading. It is worn and not anywhere near the beach.

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo! The decor was very nice. Plenty of space. Liked having a patio out back. Our fur baby enjoyed her stay too. It was nice to have bikes already there for us. Beach chairs were available as well. Definitely would stay here again. The only negative thing was a musty smell when we first arrived but it did get better.
