Thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled, the villa features all-new flooring and furnishings throughout. The main level includes a tranquil dining area just off the updated kitchen and a bright, spacious living room filled with natural light, complete with elegant furnishings and a twin sleeper chair for additional guests. A convenient half bath and a private balcony round out the first floor, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day on the island.

Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms, each with its own fully updated ensuite bathroom. New mattresses and all-new bedroom furniture ensure a restful stay, while the primary bedroom’s private balcony with outdoor seating provides a peaceful spot to unwind. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the villa also includes cable TV, secure high-speed WiFi, and space for up to two vehicles with provided parking passes.

Located within the charming Beach Arbor community, guests enjoy a serene courtyard setting and a community pool, along with easy access to the best of South Forest Beach. Hop on one of the four complimentary bicycles for a short ride to the beach or cruise over to Coligny Plaza and Circle Center for shopping, dining, and essentials. Pet friendly and perfectly positioned, 11 Beach Arbor is an ideal home base for experiencing Hilton Head Island with the whole family—including your four-legged companions.

Amazing space! Great neighborhood, walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants - really anything you could need. The space itself was exactly as listed and felt like a home away from home. The pool was great, parking was never a problem, and the neighbors were all kind as well. Wonderful place would absolutely recommend & return! Bikes were also such a wonderful addition!

We had a great time on our August 2026 vacation. Condo was clean, stocked, walking/biking distance to Coligny Beach and Plaza, Children’s Museum, Celebration Park, and a beer garden. The bikes were so convenient and a definite plus. Our pup enjoyed his stay there too! We plan to return.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week. Great location walking distance to celebration park, shopping, restaurants, grocery store and the beach. Condo was very clean, supplied and pet friendly. Pool was just around the corner and was checked daily by pool company. Will definitely stay again

Great location

We have stayed at several condos in the Coligny area and this was definitely our favorite. Short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Clean and plenty of space for us and our 3 kids. Would love to stay again on our next trip.

Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head island. This rental was ideal for a family of 4. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to the beach through this beautiful neighborhood. The location is fantastic. We will definitely think about coming back next year for a longer stay!

Amazing stay!

We hadn’t been back to HHI for 8 years, and always stayed in sea pines. We decided to try to stay outside sea pines, and didn’t regret it! Beautiful property with great access to the beach and coligny plaza. It was magical to be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove in from Atlanta late afternoon, got to the location and really had to use the bathroom, no toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom! Unloading we brought our own coffee, there were no craft for the coffee maker to be found! Did send a note to the management, and later the day they brought us a NEW coffee machine! Thank you for that. We had already purchased some coffee pods for the Keurig from the Piggly Wiggly.

Great Location and Lovely Property

We spent a long weekend staying here in June 2024 and loved the property. It was close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the park, 10 minutes to the shopping plaza. Very comfortable and lots of little amenities (beach chairs, bikes, toiletry kits) that made it special. We brought our dog with us and the area was very dog friendly (poop stations everywhere) and several places to eat even had dog menus. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Location Location Location!!! Love how close this condo is to the beach and restaurants, shopping! Has everything you could need! Very easy check in and check out. Pool is just a few steps away. Definitely would come back! We stayed close to a month.

15 minute walk to beach.. access also by bicycle.. excellent cycling at low tide.. caution, motorize

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable sofa and matching easy chair, 16 steps up to entrance could be a challenge for some seniors, handrail is useful however.. rest rooms functional, plenty of hot water for showers and washing machine, kitchen utensils and dishes/ glasses more than adequate, TV channels service very good..coded entrance and exit very convenient

Family stopover

Stayed here for a few days on a drive up the east coast. Great little place and fantastic location for all the action. Bike being included was a super inclusion as you can bike to anywhere you need to. Only small things I’d hope owners think about changing/adding: no beach towels provided, only one laundry box provided (needed two do one large load), only one dishwasher tab, pillows and mattress for sleeper sofa were not great. These are small but not fun to think about when on vacations. All that said would stay again in the future.
