Inside, the villa features a newly renovated first level with stylish new furnishings and a bright, open layout. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, while the private deck offers a quiet spot to unwind outdoors. Upstairs, youā€™ll find two spacious bedroomsā€”each with a private full bath. The primary bedroom features a King bed, and the guest bedroom offers a Queen. A Queen sleeper sofa and half bath on the main floor provide extra comfort and flexibility for guests.

Perfect Beach Condo

Very nicely decorated home with all the amenities and comforts of home.Having 4 bikes was perfect for getting around this bike friendly neighborhood! Close to Coligny Parking for the beach - but walking distance to Alder lane Beach ! Was a perfect spot for our family to gather for a family reunion ! 3 pools to chose from and nice shaded paths !

May Getaway

We were looking for a quick trip to kick off the summer. This condo was the perfect location and had easy access to the pool and a short bike ride to the beach. Clean and spacious with all the things stocked that we needed for a great stay.

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. We actually lived in this residence for three months. Every amenity you could want was there. We needed nothing. It was so clean modern comfortable beach five minute bike ride away. The condo had bikes for us to use chairs for the beach umbrella. We like to get so much. We actually booked next winter again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

My wife and I are very particular and we loved everything about this unit. Being dog friendly, we were able to bring our puppy. We were shocked at how clean it was upon arrival for a dog friendly location. Out in-laws rented a unit across the street and were extremely jealous when they saw how nice our rental was.

Lovely little spot!

Our group really enjoyed this rental! Our only complaint was that the mattresses seemed old and were rather hard. Other than that, we enjoyed the quiet location and the free bikes! The unit was also very clean.

Pool access was near condo with foot shower to rinse sand off after visiting the beach. Beach access was about half mile walk away. Loved having the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrellas for use. The umbrellas have been well-loved and may need to be replaced soon. The property is lovely and dog-friendly but there are a few residents that may not appreciate our furry friends. Just be respectful of those neighbors and avoid walking your pup on their lawn. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Itā€™s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and just around the corner from the pool. We really appreciated the bikes and the convenient location to restaurants and shops. Our only complaints would be that there were no curtains in the bedrooms, only shears, so the bedroom was flooded with sunlight before 7am. Also, the kitchen could use some new pots and pan as the ones provided were very scratched up. Overall, this is a great condo and very comfortable. We really appreciated the small touches like storage baskets in the bathrooms, the footstool in the living room, the storage pantry in the kitchen and plenty of drawer space and clothes hangers in the bedrooms.

Onsite pool is a bit small but was never crowded. Don't worry about bring extra dish soap, trash bags or toilet paper; this place had extra. The beach is a short 15 minute walk through shaded parking lots. We had everything we needed at the condo. 2 things that could be fixed are there is a click when the ceiling fan in the master is running and the WiFi upstairs is spotty, but each issue was not a big deal. Condo is 3 blocks from Coligny plaza.
