The main house features two connected bedrooms (you walk through one to access the other), a full bathroom, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms include queen beds, and there's a dedicated workspace


We give our guests full privacy during their stay but are available if anything comes up. You can reach us easily by phone or message, and we’ll respond promptly if you need assistance. Otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy the space and the peaceful surroundings.

The best way to get around is by car, however there are several restaurants and stores that are within walking distance. There is a covered garage on the property and ample room to park multiple vehicles. A short walk through the private path will take you right to the shoreline of Playa Junquillal.

Casa Mora sits on Calle Esperanza, a peaceful, local road with only five neighboring homes. Playa Junquillal is known for its natural beauty, epic sunsets, and uncrowded shores.

You’re walking distance to the beach, a grocery store (Super Junquillal), and a few great restaurants. Tamarindo is just 35 minutes away for more shops, surf, and nightlife—close enough to visit, far enough to escape the crowds.
