Discover our cozy oceanfront vacation condo on Amelia Island in Fernandina located at Oceans of Amelia. With 2 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the beach, it's perfect for a no-frills getaway. Enjoy a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests. Enjoy the waves of the beach just steps away from your door!

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Great vacation

I had a lot of concerns about vacationing in Florida during COVID, but this condo and the location were perfect. The house was clean and right on the water. What a perfect view! The kids had a great time and i had to drag them out of the water. I had never gone to Amelia Island before. It was a nice, cozy town with a cute downtown area. We rented bikes and had a blast. I have recommended it to my overworked moms who need a break!

Great location to beach & downtown but experienced problems

The location is perfect with its easy access to the beach and minutes from the beautiful downtown area. The actual unit certainly would benefit from some minor renovation. Simple things like outlets or extension cords near the beds or places in the bathroom and shower for shampoos and soaps. If the owners or management stayed in it for a day or two, they would recognize all the small touches that would make a big difference in the quality of the day. For the price point, I would’ve expected it to be a little more dialed in. Having said that I absolutely love the view from the living room and the balcony. Unfortunately, there was work being done on the beach as well as a very annoying jack hammering to the exterior walls for most of the day on Friday right outside our unit. Not the tranquil, peaceful vibe we were expecting from a beach front condo. I feel like we should’ve been notified in advance of the repair work being done. Certainly affected our stay. With the exception of that and the lack of minor improvements throughout the unit, it would’ve been a more delightful stay. I’d like to come back up to Amelia Island, and wouldn’t mind hearing from management about some incentive to do so while making up for the inconveniences. Thank you, -Jim

Great view/ great location but unit needs updating

Our family really enjoyed the location and the amazing views of the ocean. The unit itself was ok but the bathrooms were very dirty and both the kitchen and bathroom could use alot more attention.

The property overall was presented as it was nice online however in person it is in great need of repairs and renovations. The guest bath has a rust spot in the tub. The master bath had a dirty shower curtain and the tile had thick soap scum. The places where the old shower door was were not repaired. The couch was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The kitchen was not clean and needed a serious renovation. I would not book this condo again and am shocked ERA would rent something in this condition.

Wonderfully Relaxing!

The property was very comfortable and we loved that it was right on the beach! We would sit on the balcony in the morning and drink our coffee and watch the ocean- doesn't get any better! The place was quiet, the beach was not crowded, and that is exactly what we wanted. The property manager was very helpful. There was just enough to do in town and at Fort Clinch to give us some excursions and the restaurants in town were very good. We especially enjoyed Down Under Restaurant!

We specifically booked here because we wanted a TV in both bedrooms. One of them did not work. However, we were generously reimbursed for this in convience. Otherwise, perfect!

Great location, Comfortable

The property is a bit dated, yet fits right in with the Fernandina Beach feel. The pool is a bit small, and is in directly sunlight, yet was clean and well maintained. The location and beachfront is immaculate. Being away from the main park was ideal and I can't stress how beautiful the view is from the windows and balcony of the condo. As far as the unit goes, it is a bit dated, and could definitely use a few items being replaced, but with that being said, that is what we expect from a beach condo. Everything worked, the fridge was ice cold, the washer and dryer were almost brand new, and the AC system worked great. I enjoy beach condos that are worn in, as you don't feel like you are constantly "dirtying the place up." I believe 4 out of 5 stars is an above average rating, so I would definitely recommend this unit and this facility again. What you are paying for is the location, the extra room as opposed to a hotel, and the beautiful view and beach access. With those factors in mind, I absolutely recommend this facility and unit.

This was our 1st time staying at this gem and we loved it! Better than the Plantation acccording to my kids. The room was very clean and has a beautiful view.

February getaway from MN--sweatshirt weather but loved it!

We spent 5 nights at this ocean front condo and loved every minute. Condo has comfortable furnishings, especially the lazy boy type chair that we faced toward the ocean, with great viewing through the large windows. We cooked most meals, and found supplies to be very adequate (dish cloths and towels lacking--bring your own). Beds comfortable. Loved walking the beach and visiting local sites. One meal at "Sandbar" restaurant just down the street--great! Quiet location--it's in residential beach area--beach not crowded. We would do it again!
