The Indian Ridge Oaks community in Kissimmee is located less than 3 miles from us 192 and less than 4 miles from the Disney World property. The community has a communal pool, with cabana, tennis courts and a children's play ground.

This vacation villa has 3 bedrooms; 1 en-suite King size bedroom, 1 Queen size bedroom, 2 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The private pool has a covered lanai. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is provided.

A casa e super completa. Tem tudo que precisamos para nossa estadia de 2 semanas. O proprietário Dominick e super atenciosos e nos ajudou muito com todas as solicitações e informações que pedimos e muito mais. Nota mil. Sempre que pensarmos em retornar será nessa casa do Dominick com certeza.

Dominic thought of everything! The home was extremely well appointed, even including extra outlets for charging our items. The home was very clean with inclusions throughout: pool inner tubes, dishsoap and laundry soap, a nightlight in smart places, and smartly placed tables and end tables for vacationers. Beds were very comfortable (and we had 2 people with back issues) and the heated pool was a GODSEND coming home from the very close by Disney Parks. Neighborhood was very quiet and away from the chaos of Highway 192, allowing us to sleep restfully. I have significant medical equipment, and the full kitchen and space of the home allowed me to put things safely where I needed them without taking over space others in my party needed. We would seek out staying here again and highly recommend Dominic’s place for families or groups needing a break from the business of the parks. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Perfect Disney vacation. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you’ll need during your stay. Location is perfect and in very close range to all parks and disney springs. Pool was clean, beds were comfortable. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Dominick is an excellent host. 10/10 all around

We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks. The villa was everything we were expecting and more. We received the check in details the day before arrival and everything went smoothly. The whole villa and pool area was spotlessly clean, couldn't fault it at all. The villa was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, oils condiments, pot and pans etc. There was also toilet rolls, washing up liquid, clothes washing detergent, enough towels for everyone etc. Really made things hassle free. The pool area was lovely and the kids spent a while in there after long days out. There is also a pool table in the garage that we spent a while playing! In terms of location, it was great, 15 mins from Disney, 30 mins from Universal taking the I4 traffic into account and just 5 mins from a large Walmart and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, he responded quickly to any messages and when we did have an issue dealt with it quickly and went above and beyond to provide us with alternatives. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing villa with all the essentials to hand, owner was fantastic, communication with the owner was super fast replying. There was 5 adults an a child in our stay we had more than enough room, air con with fans too, pool was lovely, bedrooms were very big, toilets too. Check in was easy owner gave us the details a day before arrival it was straight forward. We landed at mlb so it was 1 hr 30 from there. Disney parks were about 16/17 mins away, Publix an Walmart about 5 mins down the road with petrol stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 10/10 everything was provided including towels, washing up liquid, detergent, toilet rolls, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker,Microwave, oven, kettle, wash machine an dryer. It’s home from home. Can’t rate this place enough it was immaculate, we didnt use the tennis court or other swimming pool as we were so busy at the parks. Its in a very quiet neighbourhood, everyone was so lovely an kind, would love to stay here again, everything was fabulous thank you again for letting us stay at your property it is beautiful!

Great family stay!

We stayed just under 2 weeks and it was a great time! Location is great and pretty accessible. There were plenty of outlets, it was well stocked, and the pool was great as well! Plan on adding about 10m to morning park commutes for traffic on the way, but you’re still there quickly (10m no traffic, 20 with). We had target and Walmart deliveries and we seemed to be close to everything you’d want! My only suggestion would be to add some usb plugs in addition to the regular plugs!

House was so nice inside! Had EVERYTHING you could need...even extra detergent! Beds were super comfy and it was very clean. Plenty of towels for everyone! My ONLY issue with the house was the house across the street was very sketchy with old boxes and broken appliances in the front yard.

Perfect!

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 weeks. We had the best time!! The location is perfect with everything you need only a few minutes away. The host was very friendly and always replied promptly. My young kids loved the pool and spent most of their time in there after long days at the parks. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay close to Disney

Fabulous villa in a Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The beds were so comfy as was the sofa in the living room! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play in the pool and is not overlooked. We had pool heating which was sorted immediately. Also had a slight issue with one toilet on arrival which was also sorted immediately. 10/10 communication with the owner Dominick and late check out agreed a couple of days before we left which was so helpful! The villa is in a perfect location for Disney, taking less than 15 mins to the parks in the mornings. The nearby Walmart is huge and only 5 mins away. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect location, perfect stay

This was the most impressive rental property we have ever stayed at. Our family of 5 spent 3 weeks loving this spacious, clean, beautiful, convent home and can’t wait to go back. So many extras included and Only 12-20 minutes to all Disney parks and 20-25 min to universal parks. Wal mart super Center and grocery stores only 5 min away. Dominic was an amazing host. He offered so much knowledge of the area and ideas of things to do. Amazing experience 10/10 would happily stay here forever!!

Beautiful Property in an Amazing Location

This property is just perfect. Simple as that. There is everything you will need to enjoy your stay from comfortable furniture, fantastic beds and a well equipped kitchen. There are also multiple tv’s with plenty to watch at the end of a busy day. The pool area is great and has plenty of loungers and chairs to use. We opted not to buy the pool heating in October but still used the pool every day. I would recommend the heating if your holiday is November onwards though. The home owner Dominic is great and we received replies to our questions almost immediately which really puts your mind at rest. A good amount of information about the house is supplied at the start of your rental period and Dominic also offered suggestions of eating and entertainment in the local area. The property is located in a great area, a couple of miles away from the busy 192 area and with excellent access to the 192, i4 & several toll roads via multiple routes. I would definitely recommend this property and will hope to stay here again in the future.

Best Vacation Home

I have been vacationing Florida yearly for over 20+ years and this has been the cleanest and best home rental so far. Every room in the house was immaculate. The pool area was spotless. The appliances, utensils, and cookware were clean. The beds were so comfortable. The Smart TV's and wifi access were very convenient. Thank you Dominick for communicating days in advance all the amenities and details with checking in. He was readily available and answered all my questions and concerns. Looking forward to booking it again on next year's vacation. I highly recommend this rental property.

Superb!

The house and host met all our needs. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The house was beautifully clean and prepped for us on arrival. The lounge area was spacious with ample seating and a large dining table.The kitchen was well equipped and even has salt and pepper as well as cooking oil etc. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great as was the surrounding patio area. The back of the house looks out over grasslands so you’re not overlooked. We enjoyed sitting out at both the front and back of the house in the evenings, both areas were protected by bug screens. The area was safe and we enjoyed our morning walks around the area. I only wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book the house again if we are back in the area.

I don’t even know where to start! The communication with Dominick since we booked has been incredible. The whole process was so easy, all information was given and a very informative book upon arrival. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved having somewhere quiet to relax at the end of busy days, the kids are missing the pool already! The location is great, everything easily accessible park wise and food wise. Already making plans to come back! Thank you for a perfect first rental!

The Perfect Villa for our Florida Experience

Loads of helpful communication with the host. Villa spotless with all essentials provided for our stay. Street quiet and pool area private. Short journey to parks, Walmart near by. Would highly recommend.
