Digital Guide: Before your arrival, you will receive a digital guide that outlines everything you need to know about our home, local amenities, and helpful tips for a seamless stay. A printed version will also be available at the property for your convenience.
Check-In Details: You’ll receive a detailed guide with instructions for a smooth check-in and checkout process. Your designated access code will be sent to you by noon on the day of your arrival.
Contact Information: In your guide, you’ll find the best ways to reach a member of our team for immediate assistance. The after-hours emergency number will also be provided in the guide and posted at the property.

Having a car is the best way to explore Lake Ozark and the surrounding areas. Most attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots are just a short drive away. Free parking is available at the property, and boat rentals, marinas, and lakefront dining are all within a 5–15 minute drive.

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability depending on the season and time of day. For boaters, nearby marinas offer rentals and slips for easy access to the lake.

Whether you're heading to the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach Outlet Mall, or just cruising the lake, getting around is simple and convenient.

House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors—this is a peaceful lakefront community.

No Parties or Events
This home is for quiet enjoyment only. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without refund and potential community fines.

Guest Policy
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Non-Smoking Property
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the unit or on the deck. Violations will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may result in early termination of your stay.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed. This is a firm policy to protect the home and maintain comfort for all future guests. Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation without refund and an additional cleaning charge.

While this is not a resort, Southwood Shores offers several excellent shared amenities:

Outdoor Lakefront Pool (seasonal – Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Please Note: All amenities are maintained by the community HOA, and their availability may vary depending on weather, maintenance, or HOA decisions. We will share any updates we’re made aware of but cannot guarantee access or conditions at all times.

🕒 Departure Guidelines
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Late checkouts are not available during peak season (May–September) due to same-day turnovers. Unapproved late departures may incur fees.

Damage Reporting:
Please report any issues upon check-in so we can address them right away. A 24-hour response team is available, and someone will follow up within 4 hours for urgent concerns.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. ID matching the reservation name may be requested.

Additional Notes
Construction: As of now, there is no scheduled construction. Should anything arise during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance Recommended: Life happens! We strongly recommend travel insurance as our cancellation policies remain firm.

Liability: By booking, you agree to these terms. Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or lost items during their stay and agree to allow access for maintenance with 12 hours’ notice.
