We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, very updated, and was exceptionally clean inside when we arrived. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The lake views are outstanding and definitely one of the best features of the property.A few things future guests should know. One of the TVs had not been set up yet, so we couldn’t use it. The kitchen only has a Keurig, so bring a drip coffee maker if that’s what you prefer. There were very limited paper towels and toilet paper, and no beach towels were provided, so plan accordingly. The biggest drawback was the outdoor decks. They were covered with bugs and cobwebs when we arrived, and I spent nearly three hours cleaning them before we could enjoy the space. I even had to buy a broom and cleaning supplies. Once cleaned, the decks were wonderful. The kitchen area was a little small for our gathering of 12, there was large dining room but wasn’t a space we used much. Also keep in mind that all, but one of the bedrooms are downstairs. The home is also down a gravel road, and there are quite a few steps to the lake, which could be difficult for older guests.Overall, this is a beautiful home with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. With a little more attention to the outdoor areas and a few additional supplies, it would easily be a five-star stay.
