Good stay

Stay here was nice and easy, large space with a lot of updated amenities and items for use. Missed the cleaning so some things were messy but the manager was amenable to fixing that, no fuss.

Perfect Spot

We were at different beaches around the island every day! This location is perfect! The pool was always clean and wonder to use when we needed it. It was a small and welcoming complex that is across the street from the beach! We loved our time here.

Nicely maintained unit, had everything needed for our stay. Impressed by beach proximity-loved going over anytime. Wind kicks up around noon, so swimming was nicer than relaxing on the beach. Pretty easy to drive to explore other areas of the island as well.

Great experience

The owner of this place takes really good care of it and stocks it with everything that is needed for the stay. It was a great experience and was in the middle of Maui which made it easy for us to go wherever we wanted and not have to drive far.

Loved this condo!

We loved our time at this condo. It was easy to get to; not a lot of stairs; quiet; the pool area was very nice (some of the lounge chairs need to be repaired or upgraded); the interior was really cute and felt very homey; short walk across the road to access the beach; centrally located on the island.We had trouble accessing the TV in the living area (didn't try the bedroom TV). There were directions, but they didn't seem to help us. It was not a deal breaker for us, but could be for others.We would stay here again!

We loved our stay

We loved our stay here! This location is perfect- with a mixture of privacy but a short drive from a variety of restaurants and activities. We would stay here again. The kitchen has everything you need to cook when you don’t feel like eating out. It was nice having an AC unit and multiple ceiling fans. The property is as exactly as listed

Quiet and Well-Located Accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Kihei. It was very quiet, with only the sound of roosters crowing sometimes. The air conditioning was excellent, which was very important to us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. We loved the spacious balcony where we had all our meals, the well-equipped kitchen, and the comfortable bedroom. The location is close to everything yet tucked away from large tourist hubs and noise. Every evening at sunset, we would go watch the turtles return to the shore on the beach right across from the apartment. The self check-in instructions were very clear, making it easy to access the property at any time of day. It’s also very convenient to find your way there at night if your flight arrives late. I highly recommend this place!

Delightful stay in Kihei

A lovely and reasonably priced accommodation. Our host and hostess have put in great instructions throughout the apartment for how to use items. The place is immaculately clean and comfortable in every way. It's across the street from a public beach so that's great for a relaxing stay. One really good thing. This unit does Not have a view and is in a shady part of the complex. That means when you come home hot and tired from the day, the unit is cool. And the air conditioning which we didn't always use, worked great! All in all, a very nice place which the owners have clearly taken care of well.

Not our favourite stay

We were running out of toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Shocked me for the cost of the rental. Also there was sand on the floor and dishes in the cupboards some were still dirty. Didn’t realize the unit we rented was behind another one and we had very little light. Bedroom fan was loose and very noisy.

Cleaning could have been better

When we arrived, we had conflicting messages about access from owner and evolve so was a challenge getting in. Then found that housekeeping hadn’t come. Owner easily contacted and cleaner came immediately arrived and sorted it out. shower tiles near bottom had “ black” staining-? mold as did the bottom of the shower curtain Ceiling fan loaded with dust- couldn’t get it to work, kitchen pendulum lights so dusty it clouded the effect of the lighting, ++++ dirt on the lanai around the air conditioner. Decent location but is in low lying area and tge raid caused a flood in the parking lot causing cars to be floated about snd one had to be towed back to the airport rental. nice layout of the condo, pull out couch verrrry uncomfortable, a bit dated and actually stocked well. Maintenance fellow very good. Pool clean. Feel the price for the value a little high

Perfect location!

This was our first trip to Maui and this location was fantastic. Central to everything and super easy to navigate around the island. The condo itself was extremely pleasant and we were very happy to have laundry facilities in the unit. It was two adults and even if you had two more adults and some children, it would still accommodate you very nicely. The pool and hot tub area was also extremely nice and parking was very easy, highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Owners are very nice and easy to work with

Would love to the location. It was amazing place to stay. The only thing I can point about is when my husband took out a beach chair to the beach. Obviously when he reached in the pocket there was a feminine product used still in there for some reason. Very disgusting, although that wouldn't be the owners that would be the cleaning crew at fault

The perfect home away from home!

The condo had everything that we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils for a fully functional kitchen. The outdoor dining area provided just enough privacy for us to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside every morning and a couple home cooked dinners. The host was hospitable and responsive throughout the process. The central location of the property is perfect for facilitating easy travel to the west and east side of Maui. I would definitely book this unit again for future travel and recommend to friends and family.

Amazing stay!

This property was very clean with all the amenities. The property was well stocked and had a nice pool. Great location, easy to park and check in. The owners and management were nice to deal with and quick to respond.

perfect location for getting around all parts of Maui.

The apt was clean, spacious and centrally located on the island for all of our daily excursions. You can walk right across the street to the beach and catch the sunset! Kraken Coffee is a truck just down the street with incredible coffee before you start your day and Nalu restaurant is also close by with delicious and affordable Hawaiian food. We loved it here and we can’t wait to come back!
