Great location, amazing hosts! The property was perfect for what we needed. Seeing so many deer was a bonus as well! Short drive to activities too (hiking, floating the river, etc).

Absolutely terrific location! Not only was the house perfect for our needs (big group celebrating one of our friends), but Ting and Ning could not have been more communicative and helpful during the entire weekend. The place really felt like a second home by the end of our trip. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property to celebrate my wife's birthday with friends. We all very much enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property, ample space, lovely amenities and great proximity to the town made for a very memorable getaway. The hosts had great communication and were very thorough in providing helpful directions. I would highly recommend ataying here!

The host was very welcoming and proactive with communication and everything we needed to know. The house was better stocked than most places we’ve stayed in, and we stay at short term rental properties often. They even had a Christmas tree set up and water for us to enjoy during our stay. The house itself was great and very roomy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Amazing hosts

Great space and exactly the type of accommodations we were looking for! We stayed as a group of 9 with ages 9 months to 76 for the holidays. We were luckily enough to arrive to a white Christmas and the hosts had a tree and stocking up, with a fire built and ready to go, creating the perfect Christmas feel! My family was so happy with the house I selected! So happy we came

amazing weekend getaway!

Ting and Ning were amazing hosts! They were so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole booking and very patient! The house is beautiful and perfect for a group gathering of any kind. The house was perfect for our group and we had a blast using the amenities it offered. The hot tub was amazing and the boats provided made for a great time on the lake! I cannot recommend booking this property enough!!! Thank you so much Ting and Ning!

Great retreat with extended family

My brothers, some of our children and my wife and teenage son got together with my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and we all had a great time (10 adults and 2 teenagers). Plenty of sleeping space, the basketball courts and pool were great, the boating was fun, and the house had more than ample room for us all to eat and gather together. Check in was super easy (except for a wait at the front gate), and the hosts communicated regularly to make sure all was good. They even put up a Happy Birthday sign and left a bottle of wine! Very glad we chose Ting and Ning's place for our gathering.

This property is very special. We were so impressed with the attention to detail in all aspects of this home. The hosts have thought of everything. Pretty much anything you would need, they have already provided. The community itself has so much to offer, but choosing to stay inside for a day means you have a wide variety of games, puzzles and activities you can engage in, as well as perusing the great artwork scattered around the house - many of which are by the host herself! Communication with the hosts was easy and effective. In short, this is just a great place to stay and spend time with your family.

Lovely stay in the Poconos

Lovely stay in the Poconos, perfect for a friend reunion. The house and overall property has everything you need for a fun weekend and we particularly enjoyed the canoe and kayak. The owners are incredible kind and responsive, they left clear directions and self check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property, thank you both again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. This was my first time renting a home and I was completely happy. So much to do nearby. Stayed with a groups of friends for my birthday and we had a BLAST! Beautiful home. Will stay again soon. Thank you so much for communicating and being so helpful.

Amazing!

Ting and Ning’s home was so amazing! The most perfect place to stay. Their home came with everything we needed and more. We felt so safe and comfortable in their home. The home was spotless! Pictures do not do it justice. The scenery is amazing as well, great for pictures. I cannot thank you guys enough for letting us stay in your home! We will be back again. 5/5 stars!!

Rosewood review

The homeowners provided an overall excellent experience. They made sure to leave instructions for appliances, everything very clean, and even supplies we’d need. They are also always available to you and reply quickly to any questions. We thank them for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful, war, cozy and fun!

There were three generations staying in this house. We had an amazing time, the hot tub and sauna were a luxury that was used often by all. There was also more than enough room for everyone to have some privacy if needed. Ting and Ning are wonderful hosts, they thought of everything, including fresh milk, iced tea, bottled water and fresh fruit when we arrived! The house was spotless and well stocked with pretty much everything you need, including fresh, new, wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, just in case. We happened to be there when there was a snow storm and temperatures dropped to 0 degrees. No worries, there was more than enough wood for the fireplace and the house was very warm and cozy, you would never know the temp outside was so low. We packed a lot into a long weekend, including shopping, water parks and for those who wanted to, snow tubing. The area is really packed with things to keep you busy if you want to stay active. I imagine the warm weather offers a lot to do as well. I love getting the family together for what usually has to be 3-4 day trips because of everyone's schedule, and I know everyone would love to return here if the occasion arises. Thanks to Ting and Ning for helping us make it happen, and for responding so quickly to all of our questions and making it easy to plan this trip!

Great house with terrific hosts!

The house was wonderful! Warm and cozy even though it went down to zero and snowed one night. We were three generations and there was more than enough space for us. Ting and Ning were great hosts, very attentive and their attention to detail was incredible. There was milk, bottled water and iced tea in the fridge when we got there, as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. The fireplace had plenty of wood for us to use, which came in very handy, and the enclosed hot tub and sauna was a true luxury, leaving us all feeling quite pampered. Everything from a projector to screen movies on a big wall to a karaoke machine kept everyone entertained when we were not out and about. The house is close to all the main attractions as well as close to some great shopping. We would love to return, perhaps in the summer next time to take advantage of all the area has to offer. It was a wonderful weekend!

Great house with great amenities. Thoughtful and responsive hosts.

This was a great house for a get-together of some friends from all over. Ting & Ning, the homeowners, were incredibly thoughtful and responsive from making sure to get extra parking permits for all (8) of our cars to getting passes for us to use the community amenities. The house has a very pleasant and open layout and was pre-stocked with all kinds of bathroom and shower supplies so that we wouldn’t have needed to bring anything. A pleasure to stay. We had a great weekend.
