We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Rockport! Nina was an amazing—she communicated well throughout our stay, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire process easy.The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was so refreshing, especially after spending time outside, and having a private pier to fish was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed relaxing, fishing, and spending quality time together.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Rockport!

There was no propane bottle for the gas grill as shown on picture in listing. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. It’s beautiful and it has everything else you would need. The place very clean and the kitchen was big. The pool was great! The host was prompt and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our vacation and made many memories with our family. We would come back and vacation here again.

This house is amazing! Great views and wonderful pier. Lots of seating and fully fenced which was great for our fur baby! Host was wonderful with communication. Beds were comfy! Highly reccomend! Has everything you need for your stay!

This house is the epitome of awesome Coastal Vibes. Gorgeous and sparkling clean! Great kitchen with everything you need for great feasting and family fun. Super comfortable beds, amazing shower, and overall bathroom. views that will elevate your vacation all the way to heaven. I was actually a little scared about the pier, however, it’s sturdy, wide and safe with a great rail all the way out. Large and Super easy to fish from.Even though we had slightly sorry weather and caught no fish or crabs we know we should always go out with a guide. Lesson learned..The house and pool made it all worth the stay. Thank you for having us.!! Amazing house!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Sun sets just across the bay making for breath taking scenery. The pier was a blast fishing under the green light. Caught several undersized trout but was very enjoyable. The pool was great and cold. This property is very well kept and so comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Pros: We stayed 4 days in this beautifully decorated house! Very clean, great views, and comfortable beds. Pool was sparkling clean and well kept. Had a wonderful time fishing off the pier and the shore. Caught black drum and redfish! Cons: Spotty wifi. Didn't get to kayak, as life jackets were not provided. We thought they would be, since it's the law to wear them when kayaking. Hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but couldn't find one in the house. Also, boat was listed as an amenity? Kitchen could have used a good knife set for food prep. Board games/card games for the kids when it rained a little, would've been nice. One light at the end of the pier was out as well as stair lights leading up to house. This is an honest review from a family who has stayed in several houses over the past 8 years. We would definitely stay in this home again, regardless of the few hiccups. It was a great stay.

Mini vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was great! Beautiful house in a perfect location. Only thing missing were available life jackets for paddle boards and kayaks. Also we were looking forward to bbq, but pit was very rusted. All in all we all had a great time.

Great home!

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable with a really nice outdoor area and pier! Communication with the property manager was great and best by phone or text. Important to note, the 4th full bathroom is on ground level for pool access, making it convenient for when you’re spending time outdoors, but it is not accessible from the main house. The master is the only bedroom on the main floor of the home while the other two bedrooms are on the next level with one bathroom. It’s not clearly mentioned in the original listing so I wanted to at least make note of it. Love this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Bayhouse!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. So inviting and welcoming. The design and color scheme was excellent. Plenty of room for our family. Thank you so much for opening your home to allow us to have an incredible vacation. Just wow! Every part of the design of your home had such great thought and beauty. Even though the trash can was full to the gills when we got there, we enjoyed it very much.Will definitely be back next year.. or sooner if we can get away.And, the pier was perfect! Our last day/evening we fished off of it all day hoping to catch some great keepers. We got 1! :-) Not to mention the pool, it was great too! Our kids loved it!
