2/27/26 - 3/7/26 The condo is outstanding! The view is spectacular! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the main thoroughfare. There is also a small shopping area next to the condo with small shops, plenty of massage parlors (600peso for 60 min) and a few convenience/coffee shops. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. And don’t let the inexperienced travelers scare you regarding the road conditions leading to Harbor 171. There is construction along a small portion of the access road. But there are no homeless people lining the streets at night!! Day or night, we always felt safe.Download the app for Uber & Uber Eats and you never have to walk further than the entrance to the building if you don’t want to venture out for meals.There are garbage cans in the hallway for your trash in two locations on each floor. There are also two elevator banks at each end of the floor. If the main one is busy, the other one probably isn’t.We saved a ton of money through the beach/boat guy William that works the beach in front of the property. Instead of paying for an over-crowded sunset cruise, we paid 220us for a private boat ride along the coast. It was just the two of us and the captain. But no additional charge if you bring more than 2 people, which would save you even more money.Book this place with confidence. We have been to Mexico more than 15 times and this condo ranks as one of the best!And don’t wait too long before trying the heated rooftop pool! Enjoy!!!!
