Perfectly positioned between Pigeon Forge (2.5 miles) and Gatlinburg (5 miles), this cabin offers both privacy and convenience. With a waterfall cascading behind the cabin and another flowing directly beneath it, you’ll experience a one-of-a-kind mountain escape surrounded by nature.

Everything was lovely except for the hot tub. We did not use it because it smelt like mold and the water was yellowish in it BUT the private waterfall made up for it!

First of all you need to be aware it is not just a hill and you don’t just need four-wheel-drive. The way the house is sitting on that hill and the parking which is across from the house is extremely hard if you’re elderly or handicap there is no way you’re gonna get your luggage up that hill into that house second of all which I see a lot on these reviews are check-in information was wrong and of course first of all, they never even bothered to send it I had to request it. There’s no signal on top of the hill so we had to go back down wait 45 minutes. Had to call them again and it was just a real mess getting in only finally did we discovered the back bedroom was completely useless. No air gets to that bedroom and there is no water pressure in the shower so you might as well just say one bedroom. I’m pretty sure that the housekeeping needs to be fired at this point because it was a mess and we did call and tell them our issues and I do have pictures to pack everything up. They brought out one memory foam mattress for one of the beds because no matter what you like these beds are rocks and they like to say they’re brand new. That’s a load of crap. I understand that outside elements do things, but none of the chairs outside were cleaned, and the deck was not Cleaned and I also understand that it’s on water, but the smell in the house was disgusting. The floors were disgusting and we did leave early. There’s not enough space to tell you how disappointed I was and no one cared.

This unique and beautiful property consistently maintains glowing reviews and high rankings. This team is dismayed with your negative review, but we are happy to respond. Upon receiving a notice from the answering service, our staff responded quickly to assist you gaining entrance to the property. During a conversation with a member of your group …it was shared that the code provided was being entered incorrectly …as there are two numbers on each button, it was being pushed twice. During the rest of your visit, records show that there were no further problems entering the unit. The property is as displayed in the photos and description. Guests often pull up to the walkway to load and unload. We hate that unloading was a challenge for your group. After receiving your comments regarding the mattress not being to your satisfaction…our team made special efforts to accommodate you with a memory foam mattress pad, had it installed, and the bed remade. We wanted you to have a restful night. Our records show that we have not received previous negative comments regarding the mattresses, as this is a matter of personal preference. The extensive decks are blown off and power washed on a regular basis. The lush tree canopy does make this a challenge. You did not request a service call for the cleaning staff. Our cleaning team did provide time stamped and dated photos of the clean prior to your arrival, which is our required procedure. AC and water pressure are fully operational.

Nice cabin

Me and my two kids stayed here for 3 nights. The waterfall was running well and provided beautiful scenery and sound as we lounged around the cabin. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. We never saw another person the whole stay, so very private. Highly recommended.

Amazing view of your own personal waterfall!

Absolutely beautiful view! The cabin is built into the side of a mountain with a waterfall running through it! Every room had a view of the waterfall and there were wrap around porches for viewing as well. The cabin itself was very clean and well decorated. Great, unique place to stay!

Great location, Great waterfall environment

The waterfall cabin is located between both big towns and has a great waterfall right at your deck. The hot tub right next to the waterfall is a perfect relaxing night time spot. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

This will be a repeat stay for us later this year... we absolutely loved the property. Was it perfect? No and being in real estate, I now that a perfect place is truly a unicorn. But, it was beautiful without a doubt! We have amazing photos of this cabin and its front, back, and underneath waterfalls. WOW! The location was fantastic once you figured out where the cabin was... way below the road down a hill. Better be in good shape, but it's worth it. This is located about 2 miles away from Pigeon Forge, yet felt like we were 200 miles away from everyone because of the peace and quiet. So, what wasn't perfect? The wifi didn't work at all. Verizon cell coverage is zero. AT&T barely. Therefore, the one TV was totally useless (which wasn't horrible, yet it would've been nice to bluetooth our phones onto wifi for streaming purposes). Hint: bring your own hangers, because there weren't any in the bedrooms and no dressers for clothes. For a two-bathroom cabin with a hot tub, there weren't any hair dryers either. We attempted to adjust the tankless water heater to no avail... forget hot showers. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. There were lots of games and puzzles for the grandkids. The gas grill was awesome (tomahawk steak and lobster tails no problem). I would love to share photos of the property, because the minor inconveniences didn't detract from the beauty, peace and overall enjoyment.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the property enough to already plan a return stay later this year. The waterfalls, peaceful setting, and secluded feel while still being close to Pigeon Forge are exactly what we hope guests will enjoy, and it’s wonderful to know your family made such great memories there. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback about the areas that could be improved. We understand how frustrating the WiFi and limited cell service can be in the mountains, and we’re actively looking into ways to improve connectivity for guests. We’re also adding hangers to the bedrooms so future guests will have an easier time unpacking and settling in comfortably. Thank you for pointing that out. We appreciate the additional notes regarding the hot water and hair dryers as well, and we’ll be reviewing those items with our team. It’s great to hear the kitchen, grill, games, cleanliness, and overall experience helped make your stay enjoyable despite the minor inconveniences. Peace and Quiet

This place is most definitely a place where you can sit back and relax or if you want to go out you are just a short drive to gatlinburg or pigeon forge! Loved it and have no complaints!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed the house! It was beautiful! The location was close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg,, easy in and easy out. Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was so relaxing and calming. A couple little things that could have made it a difference (in our opinion) would be tv’s in the bedrooms, mirror(s) other than just the bathrooms and a larger tv in the living room. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Relaxing

Beautiful views, relaxing. Cabin was clean and had everything to cook and grill. Bathrooms could use some TLC but everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was hot! Wonderful stay!

Best place ever

Because everyone always wants to know the bad. Let's see there is no one around. It's so peaceful a d beautiful and ohh yeah there is a waterfall. Matter bath leaves some desire for water pressure, other shower is just fine, there is my draw back to the cabin. Other than that e will be back again and for more than a week
