The Space:

We want you to have an amazing stay—everything you need is outlined below, and we’re always happy to answer questions!

Bedroom #1 - King Bed, Ensuite full bathroom with walk in shower, no tub.



Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed

2 Bathrooms, 1 in Primary Suite with walk in shower and second bathroom in the hallway with a walk in shower only, no tub.



Full Kitchen - Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Sink, lots of counter space for more than one chef.

Start your mornings with coffee on the deck!

Each of our homes comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with locally roasted coffee and filters. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

This home has a driveway for parking for multiple cars. The home is all on one level with two steps to get into the home.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils and ready for you to prepare great meals. It also has two smart TVs with Roku and Wi-Fi included.



Guest Access:

The home is a contactless check-in. You will have access to the entire home.



A wonderful location, 20 minutes from Eureka Springs with all its great restaurants, shops, shows and music. It is 50 minutes from Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of American Art in the United States and which is a destination for art lovers from around the world. Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City are an hour away. You can hike or mountain bike at Lake Leatherwood, also a short distance away. Fish or swim in beautiful Table Rock Lake or try your hand at catching trout or walleye on the great White River fishery just 20 minutes from the home or up the river from Table Rock Lake. Lots to do and enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Golf! 2 Courses

The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience. The courses are open year round.



The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent. Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing.



The 9 hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas.



Getting Around:

Check out...Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River. Floating! Canoes are available at Holiday Island Marina.



Other Things to Note:

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.





Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is a self check in home. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.



Cameras: There are three exterior cameras on this home. A Ring doorbell at the front door, a spotlight camera on the side of the house, and a camera covering the backyard and deck.
