You are going to love this gorgeous mountain home! Having a car is optional because you'll be right in downtown Breckenridge, two blocks from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and everything else historic Main Street has to offer, three blocks from the local supermarket and liquor store, and two blocks from the indoor/outdoor ice skating rink.  Walk to a great sled hill at Carter Park and enjoy nearby access to hiking & biking on the Jack's Cruel Joke trail.

The Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 is a 12-minute walk from the house; or just hop on the shuttle a few houses down the street and head to Beaver Run or the Breck Connect Gondola, which serves the base areas of Peaks 7 & 8. The bus ride is easy, but we always walk it.

The bed configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom (Upper Floor): King Bed with bathroom en suite
Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): King Bed with attached bath
Bedroom 3 (Garden-Level Basement): 2 Twin Beds with adjacent bathroom
Sofa bed (Garden-Level Basement): Queen Bed with bathroom across the hall 

Attached 1-Car Garage & Second Tandem Driveway Spot (Please note that the garage is on the small side. It's good for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Ford Explorer at most, but it's definitely not big enough for a large SUV along the lines of a Chevy Tahoe or Ford Expedition.)

Great stay

Fantastic location. Terrific communication. Very comfortable home one block from main street. Great hot tub. You can't tell it from the photos, but there is also a TV in the main living area in the cabinet left of the fireplace. Thank you Mark for everything. We hope to stay here again.

Breckenridge with adult family members January 2024

Picturesque area. Very easy to get around. Great restaurants, stores and lovely staff everywhere we went. We used a vehicle to shuttle skiers, but a shuttle bus stop is only a few houses downhill. Lodging was great for our family. Used the kitchen a lot and it is well stocked. Mr. Roberts was excellent with communication and details provided.

Stay here if you are going to Breckenridge!

From the instant we booked, Mr. Mark was super friendly and helpful! We are a family of 5, along with my parents (75 and 73yo) who joined us this trip.. we walked EVERYwhere. Everything from the Village Ski area, to the restaurants and shops on Main Street were literally a very short walk away! We only used our vehicle when we went to Frisco for the day for Cross country skiing and the sleigh ride at the Nordic center! We also enjoyed the small drive to Leadville for dog sledding and snowmobiling. This was my family’s first time in real snow! We took a ski class at the village (gobreck.com for more info and booking your class). We were able to walk there! Super easy! The house was PERFECT. The two king beds were perfect for the adults, with the balcony views!!! The downstairs bedroom and living area was awesome to have for my teenager and other 2 kids who loves a little tv here and there. There is a fireplace in the living room, and the house had everything we needed including a dishwasher, pots and pans and dinnerware- and there was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot! The jacuzzi was brand new and we LOVED the view from that jacuzzi!!!! Woah! Another plus was that the sledding hill was literally a 5 min walk away and our kids brought the 3 sleds that was in the garage- AND we had a blast there! Check out The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! This trip was one of the BEST experiences for all of us! We were so grateful to have such a perfect and super comfy spot! 5 star!

Excellent House for a family vacation

This was the second time we stayed at this house and we will definitely stay there again. Well furnished and comfortable for all. Very close to Breck's main business areas and the river. I have rented several other homes in Breckenridge over the years, but this one is the best!

Teaching the Grandkids to Ski

We spent a week at Breckenridge with three generations of skiers. The accommodation was great. We had the privacy of individual bedrooms, but plenty of common areas for group activities. The kids had a room to play video games, while the adults played games in the living room. The hot tub could accomodate four to six people. The dining room was large enough for all of us. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming Breckenridge townhome. Mark was super helpful and we utilized the guest book quite a bit - from directions, home instructions to restaurants & other insider tips! The fireplace was press to start and stop and was such a lovely touch at the end of a day of skiing. Hot tub was also easy to use and so enjoyable. Truly a lovely time. We did rent quite a large vehicle so it did not fit in the garage, but we did store our ski stuff in there. There was plenty of space to park in the driveway so it was no problem at all!

Wonderful house

Has a wonderful time staying here. Location is so convenient for the town, shops, restaurants and skiing. We took the ski shuttle every day. House was clean, short of nothing and the hot tub was wonderful.

Good layout, clean, well equipped and great location

We had great 10 day ski vacation at this home. With three couples we found the 3 bedroom/bath setup to be ideal. The Kitchen/dining/family room area was sort of an open concept with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was ideal for catching the shuttle to ski every day. Lastly Mark, the host, was very nice to deal with. It is obvious, he takes pride in making this home as ideal as possible for his guests!

Better than property management rentals

We could tell this was someone's personal residence, as it had high-quality kitchen ware, bedding, etc. The highchair was perfect for my one-year-old. One of the master closets was big enough to set up our Pack n play. Super easy to take the shuttle to the slopes, or the walking path to restaurants/pubs.

Perfect Breck retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, well-equiped, and in a great location ( easy walk to both town and the quicksilver lift). Mark was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful ski weekend

Our weekend I Breckenridge was great. This home was lovely and exactly as stated in the listing. It was a very short nice walk into to Main Street and very easy to get to the ski lifts. The kids loved the downstairs area with their own living room. Very comfy beds, spacious bedroom and bathrooms. It was a great stay! Would absolutely stay here again. Mark was wonderful!

Great location

Perfect Location in Breckenridge

We had the best week staying at this home in Breckenridge! It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, sledding, groceries, and the gondola. If you don't feel like walking, there is a stop for the free shuttle right by the house! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. We made most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We stayed cozy and watched Christmas movies with the fireplace on. The beds are very comfortable and the owner provided ample linens, towels, and paper products like toilet paper. We wanted a relaxing, snowy vacation with friends and we got it!

Perfect Family Location

The house was very clean. It was well stocked. There was everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome. The location is great. Mark was very responsive, and it was an excellent location. The kitchen had plenty of room for Thanksgiving dinner for our group of nine. The king beds in two of the bedrooms were so big. The downstairs was like a bachelor pad with a bathroom, twin beds and another sitting area with a TV. My biggest tip is use the humidifiers. It helped me wake up less dried out. I hope we get to stay here again.

Truly a home away from home with all the necessities! The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, yet it was private enough to enjoy the hot tub. The home was clean and well stocked with high quality linens and cooking utensils. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation here, and we would definitely return!

Great House and Location

Mountain Vacation
