Welcome to N1, a spacious and well-furnished first floor villa located just steps from the beautiful white sand beach of Los Corales, one of the most beloved and well-kept beaches in Bávaro, Punta Cana.

THE VILLA
N1 is a comfortable, fully equipped home away from home. It features 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 spacious bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and a private terrace and patio with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, washer, and dryer are all included. Electricity and all utilities are included in your rate, no surprises.

THE BEACH
Los Corales beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the front door. It is a calm and well-maintained stretch of white sand coastline with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests. The beach has a friendly staff and a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere that sets it apart from the big resort beaches nearby.

THE COMMUNITY
The complex has a community pool, free parking, and 24-hour security. Everything you need for a comfortable day-to-day is within walking distance: supermarkets, fruit stands, bakeries, a pharmacy, an exchange office, ATMs, bars, restaurants, and a tour office right in front of the complex where you can book local excursions and activities.

A 20-minute drive takes you to a full shopping center with a supermarket, banks, shops, and a cinema. For adventure seekers, Macao Bay, famous for its wild nature, world-class surfing, and fresh grilled lobster, is just 20 minutes away.

A NOTE ON SARGASSUM (JUNE TO AUGUST)
Like all beaches on this coastline, Los Corales can experience seasonal Sargassum seaweed between June and August. The amount varies day to day and is entirely natural. The beach staff works daily to maintain the shoreline. If conditions are less than ideal during your stay, we are happy to point you to nearby beaches protected by natural rock formations where the water stays crystal clear year-round. Just ask, and I will gladly help!

I love this spot. The only issue I had was with security who wanted to playg games, but that doesn't reflect on the host. That is a community management problem above the host. The property was ready for us to stay and featured a fenced in area where our dog could roam without restrictions. The host was responsive to any questions regardless of the hour and was very respectful. We'll definitely be adding this to our list of "go-to" places for when we visit Punta Cana.

Overall, this property was exactly as described and offered great value for the price. One of the biggest advantages is the location — you’re just steps from the beach, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a swimming pool only about 30 seconds from the front door, which was very convenient.There were two minor drawbacks, neither of which I feel reflects negatively on the property itself. First, the hot water wasn’t always consistent. Second, there is a restaurant/cigar bar next door that features live music after 7 PM, typically until around 10 PM on some nights and as late as midnight on others. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs or using a white noise machine.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt that the property provided excellent value for the money.I will be returning to this property each time that I am in Dominican Republic and I shared it with my friends and family so that they can stay here as well.

Los Corales is not your typical tourist strip. It is a real, living neighborhood where locals and travelers share the same streets, the same fruit stands, and the same beachside cafés. That mix is exactly what drew me to it.

Everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay is within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, fruit vendors, a pharmacy, exchange offices, ATMs, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants with both local and international food. It never feels overwhelming or overly commercialized, which is rare for a beachfront area in Punta Cana.

The beach itself is the crown jewel of the neighborhood. Los Corales is calm, well-maintained, and far less crowded than the nearby big resort beaches. The water is warm and clear, the sand is white and fine, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Two beachside cafés are just steps away for your morning coffee or a cold drink at sunset.
For those who want to explore beyond the neighborhood, Cortecito Beach is a 3-minute drive, a large shopping center with a cinema and supermarket is 5 minutes away, and the wild and beautiful Macao Bay, perfect for surfing and fresh seafood, is just 20 minutes down the road.

What I enjoy most is that Los Corales feels like the Dominican Republic actually is, not a resort version of it. That authenticity is something I am always proud to share with my guests.

The neighborhood itself is another big differentiator. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fruit stands, a pharmacy and a tour office. You are not stuck inside a resort bubble. You are living the neighborhood, the way locals do, with the beach right at your doorstep.

For the price, the location, the comfort and the authentic experience this apartment offers, it is one of the best value stays in the entire Los Corales area.
