Spend your vacation in one of our two identical, pristine villas (see Listing #348639 also) at a lush, tropical Caribbean beach front community with a European/Italian flair and just few steps to the spectacular beach.

Daily maid service, utilities, Wi-Fi and drinking water and taxes are included at no additional charge!!!

Located only 15 minutes from Punta Cana airport, this gated property offers everything you could ask for. A pristine private white sand beach, pool, three restaurants, spa/wellness center and a long list of amenities and activities await you.

This community is perfect for a family reunion/vacation, or a romantic getaway. Atmosphere and location are excellent! The beach offers many activities including snorkeling, windsurfing, glass bottom boat, parasailing, fishing, or banana boat rides. The beach at Los Corales is the best beach of all beach front communities in Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana.

Our community is small and walkable. You will never be packed onto a crowded beach with no shade or space. No getting up at dawn to place towels on chairs to ensure a spot on the beach. Step out your door and in a 3 minute walk you are there with beach chairs waiting and a beach attendant to set them up for you!

Our security is 24/7 to ensure your privacy and safety. Our villas include everything you will need; Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, free daily maid service, we provide all your drinking water (no hauling five gallon jugs from the grocery store), free WIFI Access, Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, screened in veranda with seating for 8, a safe for personal items, linens, beach towels, beach chairs (4 per villa stored at the beach-no hauling), parking, video and board games for the kids, laundry service and much more. There are no hidden fees. What a value!!!

It doesn’t end at sunset. If nightlife is what you seek, there are many clubs, casinos, sports bars and restaurants along the beach and most within walking distance. Don’t feel like going anywhere? There are four excellent restaurants on the property. They include an Italian Bistro and the Joy Natural Restaurant located in the piazza. There also a great toes in the sand bar/restaurant Soles. The best part is that it is all available to you. You choose what you want and always return to a quiet, clean comfortable villa to re-energize for the next day.

There are two grocery stores, bakery, fitness center, more restaurants and pharmacy all within walking distance. You can purchase food, beverages and sundries. Other amenities located in our beach front community are a wellness center/ spa. There is no need to waste valuable luggage space with beach towels and linens, we provide them for you. While you are relaxing on the beach, our staff will handle your laundry (at no additional charge). They will be glad to ensure that you avoid hours of laundry upon your return home.

Brad was an excellent host. He communicated extremely promptly and addressed every inquiry courteously and completely. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The housekeeper did a great job each day and was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed for 3 weeks and found the cooking to be a challenge without an oven or BBQ but we managed. The one thing that was a disappointment for us was the pool. It was a decent size but poorly maintained. The water was very green the first week then it was drained and cleaned out. It took 3-4 days to refill it but the water only remained clear for a couple days then started getting cloudy again. Consequently we stuck to the beach which was beautiful and only a 3-5 minute walk away.

This a great location away from the hub-bub, yet everything you need or want is close by. The featured photo wasn't the exact unit we were in, but it was a very close representation. A notebook at the house would be very helpful and should include the name of the part of the development as well as a map of the development (there are two pools close by, but only one is usable by this villa). The chairs by the pool and at the beach are dated, but funcional.

Relaxing holiday

The property was in a peaceful location, a few minutes walk from a private section of the lovely beach. It was well equipped and was like a home from home. Particularly liked the shaded veranda.

Nice getaway

Lovely villa in punta cana that came with all the essential items: a driver, a maid, and access to the beach plus good recommendations for dinner. We found communications with people onsite a little challenging; however, Brad and staff were readily available to help!

It was a nice house, but dated. We prefer to use VRBO rather than a hotel to give us flexibility with regards to meals. The kitchen here was somewhat unworkable, as there is virtually no counter space. Fundamentally, that was our only beef with the place. Brad was an excellent host, who provided us with all the information we needed. Nirka came in and cleaned regularly, both the house and our clothes if we wanted. Transfers from/to the airport were seamless.

Did not stay at the property, due to work related conflict, and needed to reschedule for the month of December. The owner, Steven was wonderful to work with. Provided all the information I requested about his unit in a quick and timely manner. He went above and beyond any owner that I have worked with to accommodate and meet any needs or concerns I have for my future stay at his unit.

Easy Breezy Getaway

Everything was clean and tidy with daily maid service. Everything was right there, beach, pool, restaurants (plus more eating options with a short walk into town. We made one trip with driver to big grocery for basics like breakfast stuff and some snacks, then got most other meals out or small markets. Tried different one on Brad's list each day, all good and some were great food, which surprised us! We are not big party people but some restaurants in town had loud live music and Karaoke. We stuck with trying out several different gelato places after dinners (Citrus was nicely upscale and delicious, loved their desserts too). We enjoyed the nice TV for movie nights at home. Little bit of construction noise if we were at home during day, but we mostly weren't! Really just a nice relaxing easy breezy week with our adult daughter, and we would highly recommend it for a simple convenient getaway.

This is our third time staying in the lower unit of this Los Corrales village. The two bedroom apartment is exactly as advertised. Although older, it is well cared for. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. The daily maid service was excellent. The beautiful blue water and beach just a short walk away. Peaceful.

Great experience

The property is as described, and I would recommend it to anyone. We have 3 teenagers, so the access to the pool and the beach was great. We had a minor issue with a ceiling fan, and it was fixed the next morning! Villa was deep cleaned daily and owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Always wonderful

Excellent Stay

We return to this property each year, and intend to continue our custom into the future. Location is near the beech, as well as grocery stores, and many restaurants. All the local businesses take U.S. dollars and give excellent exchange rates. Everything is within walking distance. Trip to and from the airport is set up by the owners, and there are never any issues. The condo is very well equipped and very well kept up. There is maid service each day, as well. We always enjoy our time here.

Exactly as described in description and photos!

This old world villa is wonderful. Small, neat clean, exactly as advertised. Beds comfortable,bathrooms clean, housekeeper (Noemi) was super attentive and helpful. Beach close by, less than a large city block away. Place was secure ( gated community), quiet, beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate for our needs. We were 2 couples in mid 60's not looking for the action and crowds of an all inclusive. This place fit us perfectly. We each had our own bath and bedroom. We could eat our breakfasts in, (Chicho our taxi driver took us to the grocery store on our way in from airport for breakfast items and coffee ). Then each day we headed to the beach for a day in the sun, or on an excursion. Cocktails on our screened in porch every day was a delight. Dinner was at our leisure in the village within walking distance or right in one of the 3 restaurants in the villa square, steps from our door. The beach was totally quiet, hard white sand in the ocean. We are already planning to return next year! Only thing I found might be helpful would be luggage racks in the bedrooms, but we managed. We also enjoyed a local fellow on the beach who helped us para sail (Jose Martin Martinez--"Madison") He was a delightful honest helpful man, but not affiliated with the villas. The beach monitors did a great job of seeing that we were not bothered by vendors. Thank you Brad, Noemi, and Chicho for delivering a spectacular 5 * vacation in a beautiful country!

Nice relaxing Villa close to everything. Maid service and a driver to take you anywhere, which is good, because I would be afraid to tackle driving in the DR. Many restaurants within walking distance and several on site. Easy beach access. Great golf courses nearby. Would return.

Relaxing week in Paradise

Our villa at Los Corales was perfect! We had a wonderful week, we spent our time at the beach! Early morning walks on the beach and lounging in the chairs in the sun or under the palapa: reading and watching the waves, boats and people. My were able to join our daughter in Punta Cana for a week, while she was on her study abroad in the Caribbean for a semester. She was in Santiago and we were able to get her safely to and from our vacation week in Punta Cana. Brad was a huge help in assuring me that this would work and he had his best taxi driver "Chicho" drive Haley to her meeting points. I am very grateful for Brad's assistance and for Chicho, our favorite taxi driver. Morena was very helpful, checking on us daily. She washed our clothes and also tidied our villa. We sure appreciate Brad and Ira sharing their family villa!

A world away!

Just stayed at this beautiful villa for a second time. If you love warm, sunny weather, a private beach, tropical flowers and foliage and great restaurants a short stroll away, this is the place for you. Peace, privacy, and relaxation abound. The new restaurant in the complex was my favorite place we ate all we. Definitely don’t miss it - El Portico. As usual, Morena and Chicho are there for all your needs. We had one problem with the cable tv and internet going down and Morena immediately came over, checked it, and had a technician on the scene within 30 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, adequately equipped and a lovely location for the beach/local amenities!

We were a family of 4. We had a lovely stay here, the beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there! Morina the daily housemaid was fantastic, with fresh towels for swimming daily and washing done and back the same day! A couple of minutes walk to a beautiful beach and close by to restaurants. It was a much nicer experience than staying at a busy all inclusive resort!!! The only reason I have not given 5 stars, is that the pool was not quite as nice as the photos, but was definitely adequate. The grounds of the complex were well kept. Overall a lovely stay for our first time to the Caribbean!

Excellent Rental with cool Vibe!

Our first experience with VRBO and it was fantastic. Brad was great about responding and answering questions. The rental was a very charming unit a few steps from the beach. The unit was great and well stocked for what we wanted. Clean and very comfortable. The community was very cool - old world charm with great neighborhood dining spots. Just outside the community was a mix of cool local markets, street side bars and then a few newer local brew pubs and eateries. Made friends with folks from all around the world. We will be back soon!

Exactly as promised! Very clean, quite property, perfect for our family of four.

The details provided by owner clearly described what we could expect and everything was perfect when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen, drinking water provided, housekeeper/manager was truly amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants. And a very short walk to a breathtaking beach! With an attendant on the beach we always had our 4 chairs available anytime of the day, no getting up early to beat the crowd. Private beach was immaculate and never crowded...awesome! Definitely recommend this property, 100% satisfied.

Outstanding Family Vacation

My family of 5 had a great time staying at the villa in Punta Cana for a week during school vacation. The villa was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for beach, pool, restaurants and excursions. Other than lounging around and enjoying the sunshine, we went snorkeling and on a dune buggy tour - I highly recommend both. Tons of good places to eat within a very short walk. Chico made the long drive to pick us up in Santo Domingo but kept us entertained for the long ride to PC and again at the (bitter) end of our week. Morena was awesome keeping the place spotless and doing our laundry - considerable with 3 boys and dune buggies. I can't say enough great things about the place and the location. Thanks so much for wonderful week Brad!! I really appreciate your communication, helpful insights and willingness to answer all my questions so quickly. The information packet was really comprehensive and helped us plan for the trip considerably prior to arriving. I highly recommend this property.

This property is family owned and operated. We take great care to make sure the unit and service are better than any other in the property community of Los Corales. We pride ourselves on top notch customer service. When we located Los Corales, we felt as if we found buried treasure in the island paradise. We originally were going to purchase one unit but after comparing Los Corales to other opportunities which included location, beach and on-site amenities in we ended up purchasing two units.

We picked this location over Costa Rica and other Caribbean locations because of the beach. It is truly awesome. We also love the people, they are friendly, helpful and generally very happy. Punta Cana was unlike many other Caribbean destinations we have seen, and we have traveled extensively in the Caribbean. The decision to purchase the properties at Los Corales was made based on a number of different criteria. The first and most important being the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and is superior to any other privately owned beach front community in the Bavaro Beach area of Punta Cana. In addition, the on-site amenities separated Los Corales from other lager communities. The amenities include two restaurants Italian and the Enjoy Restaurant, and a great toes in the sand beach bar/restaurant (Soles)and a wellness center/spa. Walking distance from a grocery store, shopping and additional restaurants and bars was also very important in our decision-making process. Also located only 20 minutes from the airport was a big plus.

Our properties offer unique benefits. The units are completely furnished. We do not nickel and dime our guests. Our rates include free daily maid service, linens, beach towels, beach chairs (4) located on our beach, all your drinking water, wireless internet, free laundry. There are no additional charges and no surprises. We have a reliable local taxi driver that is available to meet all your transportation needs.
Additionally, as mentioned earlier the on-site amenities add a great deal of convenience for our guests. In addition to the restaurants there is an on-site convenience store and beer/wine/liquor store. You can plan trips and excursions in the office located in our piazza. The Spa is very nice, and you can even get a message on our private beach.
