Beach Home in Ocean Beach Fire Island

Light filled five bedroom home in Ocean Beach. Home is equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. Five bedrooms with luxurious linens, down duvets, and down pillows. 6 adult bicycles and 6 child bicycles. Outdoor patio seating for 12 and indoor dining table for 12. Family games, 3 cable televisions, high speed wifi. House is stocked with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, all linens, and an enclosed cedar outdoor shower with changing room and skylight.

All rooms have closets and individual remote controlled Fujitsu split unit air conditioning and heating in every bedroom allowing for room-by-room temperature control. We are located on Cottage between Ocean Beach town and Midway. Same block as Ocean Beach playground, 2 min walk to town, and 5 min walk to beach. Pack and play and one highchair available.

Ocean Beach is the island’s most populous village and is home to its biggest downtown, making it the unofficial capital of Fire Island that’s also among the area’s most popular destinations for visitors. Aside from its lifeguarded oceanfront, bayside marina and family friendly small town charm, the village is additionally home to about a dozen restaurants and bars with at least as many boutiques and gift shops—all of which welcome bare sandy feet.

Home rents for a min of 1 week during peak summer season. June 25 - Sept 04, 7 night min stay. This is not a party house. Including in the cleaning fee is a $100 rental permit required by Ocean Beach for all tenants to posses, we handle this for you. Pricing also includes the mandatory 3% county tax. Home rents for $9450 per week. One week min stay from June 29 until Memorial Day weekend. The house rents from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August.

$4000 for weekends in May and June, three nights, Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday.

$5000 for Memorial Day weekend, three nights, Friday to Monday.
