We have a OceanFront fully equipped condo with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms each, all with TV's. Free wifi, 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player in Living Room. Balcony with view of pools, beach, and the Ocean. Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. Large private parking lot, handicap accessible, with unloading zone. Indoor Jacuzzi and pool. Outdoor pool and kiddie pool. Large sun deck with lounge chairs. (All ocean side) outside picnic area with tables and barbecue grilles. access to our storage locker for your beach chairs ,etc.

Family wedding in Myrtle Beach

We stayed at the condo with daughter/sil, and grands. We loved the condo, pools, beach, and many extras included in the condo! Had lots of dishes, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. clean, convenient, secure entry to building, grills, picnic tables, etc for outdoor time and extra parking right across the street! Good communication with owners!

Not relaxing with owners always present

This is my first experience with a homeaway property. The owner was staying at another condo he owns in the building. Owner had to look at ceiling during our stay, per his request not mine, that I didn’t mind. What I minded was being told I could be in or out and to not leave the balcony door open, when he saw it open while he was on the beach. There was someone in the condo at the time, we didn’t leave it open and walk out. He said mold would grow but wasn’t concerned about the mold I made him aware of on the shower curtain. He gave excuses of it being late in the season. If This was my place I would stock up on liners from Walmart that are cheap and have the housekeepers change it each week. It wasn’t the dirtiest place I could imagine but wasn’t the cleanest either. Dusty, light bulbs burnt out and bed sheets didn’t fit the mattress well so you woke up to laying on the mattress pad. I went and bought lightbulbs so we had some light in the evening. Other property owners seemed to always be disgruntled with weekly renters. One moved my kids shoes that were within inches of my chair on the pool deck and told my kids they couldn’t be in the pool when I was sitting right there. Very unwelcoming environment. I sure didn’t get the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I always felt watched and wondered when he would micro manage my vacation next. Now I’m sure most will read this and say gosh you can’t please her, however we had to let the owner into our condo 3 times and the person spraying for bugs monthly. We didn’t complain at risk of losing our deposit, you never know what someone will say you did. I’m not sure I will do home away again at risk of having a less than pleasurable vacation

Yes I was in the condo 3 times during this stay as the drain on the roof clogged & seeped down 2 floors into our condo. A contractor had to see what needed done to our ceiling. This person should be happy we were on sight to help prevent mold from occurring dew to the high humidity & them leaving the doors wide open with A/C running that causes that problem. Shower curtains do get replaced as needed & light bulbs do burn out! WOW out of bulbs, that's terrible!! We certainly do have a monthly pets control spray done to keep unwanted guest & we'll let that go at that. We have always had high reviews for many years & this is a first like this. I guess this renter felt us being there to also enjoy OUR vacation gave her some kind of complex & having to look over her shoulder or something which was not the case at all. Just can't please everyone.

Excellent place to stay

This condo is nice, clean and communication with the owner was easy. I would like to say the pictures of the condo need to be updated. We needed the 2 twin beds that the pictures and descriptions have listed. For the next renters, this condo has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, we loved having full sized washer and dryer. It was also very nice to have a storage area to keep our beach things. Also, the carts to get our belongings up to and down from the condo was a wonderful extra. My family had a wonderful week and I would stay here again. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic vacation!

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for our vacation. The location to the beach was great and shopping and restaurants were just a short drive. I am looking forward to making this a yearly vacation and extending my stay!

Good family place

My family has come to the cherry grove/windy hill area for years and we love it. This was the 1st time we've rented here and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. The building was quiet and family friendly. Pool area was nice and well kept, short walk to the beach. We had little trouble finding the storage area and with parking to load/unload was congested; especially difficult when toting 5 sleepy kids. Noisy washer & toilets but it worked just fine. They even left us plenty of clean towels, washcloths, dishes, games to play and extras that saved us from using our own. We all loved it, very clean and comfy beds too. Thank you

Wonderful family vacation

This property is beautiful. Three bedrooms one has a king size bed with its own bathroom and then the other bedroom has a queen size bed and the other Has 2 twin beds - there is a 2nd full bath too - This property is right on the beach and there is a balcony off the king size bedroom and off the living room and you can watch the ocean. They have a large storage area to put in our beach chairs umbrellas and our little wagon. It was great to be able to do laundry right in the unit and also the dishwasher . The kitchen has everything that you would want . I especially enjoyed the indoor pool since it was heated and there’s also the outside pool and an indoor hot tub. They have a kiddy pool too. The building was kept clean and they have a very nice maintenance man who teased us being Steeler fans. It was nice to be able to meet the owner Bill and his wife as they were also staying in another unit there for the week. Would definitely stay here again - The couch pulls out also into a bed but didn’t need it. It is an end unit so you don’t hear anyone walk past that I don’t think you would hear anyone anyway. There are two elevators in the building and they come quickly there are no waits . This is directly near Barefoot landing. Many wonderful restaurants around and the shopping areas.

Good location, clean condo

Located around many restaurants and golf within 20 minutes or less. Condo was a little small, but fine for 4 adults. Very clean condo and facilities.

Clean and quiet!

Main lobby needs work, pool area small. Needed more pool chairs outside. Could use a bigger gym for those who like to work out. However, it was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for this time.

Quiet & Comfortable!

Exactly what I/we were looking for. Stunning morning sunrises. Even sunset painted the eastern view beautifully. All amenities as advertised; however, as a frequent VRBO renter, I was quite surprised to find not even 1 extra roll of TP anywhere in the unit. Also, there's no hair dryer - always have one everywhere I've stayed. Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Unit well kept. Clean upon arrival.

Great location

Right on the beach and in a quiet section of North Myrtle. 20 minutes to Broadway on the Beach. The units have balconies overlooking the beach. We had a 3 bedroom for 3 couples and it was perfect.

Great Location

Love the location of this condo. There was never a wait for the elevators and a big plus for a bathroom on the pool level. The room needs a better sofa, it's very hard, but really how much time do you spend on the sofa on vacation at the beach.

Spacious, Quiet, Family Friendly

Condo was spacious for our family, washer and dryer was nice when wanting to do laundry at night, bathrooms are updated very nice, probably the only thing that I wish was in the condo would be ceiling fans. Easy owners to communicate with,very helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay and we will book with Mr. Young again!

Great Condo!

This is the best place we've ever stayed! The balcony gives a fantastic view of the beach, pools, and sundeck. With the rental, we got access to a storage locker on the ground floor, where we were able to store our beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear. Not having to lug everything to and from our condo or car each day was a major convenience! The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially liked the large, walk-in ceramic-tile showers. As far as the location goes, the resort is directly on the beach, with several large shopping centers and a bunch of restaurants less than 5-10 minutes away. We had a great time here and will be looking to rent again next time we're headed to Myrtle Beach!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterpointe II resort. The beach at Windy Hill was very nice and, best of all, not crowded--making it perfect for avid walkers like my husband and I. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee! It was also nice to be renting directly from the owners of the condo, who were very accommodating both when planning, and during, our stay. Overall, we had a great experience! We'll definitely be back!
