Brand new Large elevated private balcony over looking the lake and another private balcony facing the gulf side of the property.

Located directly across the street from the beach this beautifully renovated home has tile floors through out with freshly painted walls , new stainless appliances, and refinished cabinets. Unit 13 is the closest unit to the entrance of the pool and just a 2 minute walk to the beach.This unit is located on the 2nd level. However I own the downstairs unit as well so if stairs are an issue message me and I'll let you know if the downstairs is available. I modified the home so that it can be a 4 bedroom 4 bath for larger families. I had a contractor cut a door in between the units so that if its booked together it can be opened for larger families and it also be closed if you don't wish to see them lol. Its almost like when you go to a hotel and ask for adjoining rooms.They are both identically remodeled except the leather couch downstairs is white.

Welcome to our lovely home with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It is perfectly situated with views of the emerald blue waters and sugary-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the shores of Four Prong Lake right in your back yard! This 2 bedroom and 2 bath home has a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and it's own bathroom. This unit sleeps 4 - 6. Fully furnished and equipped for the perfect family vacation with all the comforts of home. Freshly refurbished with beautiful beachy appointments as well as large tv's, free wifi, and beach chairs. Centrally located near fine and casual dining, family entertainment, watersports, fishing, golf, and of course, shopping!

*Please note that refunds will not be given for bad weather unless house is damaged and unable to be occupied. If you are booking during hurricane season consider purchasing travel insurance.

Destin 2025 Spring Break

Great area. Perfect spot across from Beach. Took advantage of renting a golf cart a few days which allowed us to tool around the scenic road and to the stores, beach and restaurants. I recommend it.

Perfect Beach Villa

Our family really enjoyed this property. Perfect location to the beach and great pool facility that was very clean. The balcony overlooking the inlet was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the turtles swimming. The villa was perfect for our family of 4 as it had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Destin Vacation

What an amazing location. This place is a small slice of Heaven. The VRBO was in immaculate shape and the owner was on top of every communication. This site is a close walk to the beach and some great restaurants too! The outside porch overlooking the lake was excellent for morning coffee. The on site pool was clean and in great shape. I'm a frequent traveler and this is one of the best places I've been. An excellent choice in town that has so manty things to do.

Repeat Stay Every Year

We go to this villa every year for the past few years. I just won’t stay anywhere else. I love it here. This property alone make me wanna move to Destin permanently. It’s so close to the beach. A very short walk. The only issue I had this year was the mattress in the bedroom. But I will definitely be back!!!!

Comfortable, Clean condo

As snowbirds we rented this condo for almost 3 months. The unit had just been redone w/new tile floors, new appliances, granite counter tops & backsplash, interior painted & new king bed. The owner is very enthusiastic about making it comfortable for the renters. It is a great location w/easy beach access. We would recommend this property.

Great location with lake

By far the best part was the privacy with the lake behind us. Tbh we treated that side of home as the front. Great place to sit any time but especially at night. Great parking and furnishings. It could use a working ice maker and coffee pot needed cleaning including inside tank but we took care of that. Also be aware some light comes thru during the day due to type of blinds in bedroom but it’s not horrible. I’d suggest darkening shades of some kind. We would stay here again.

First trip to Destin. Condo was very clean and comfortable with exception to NOISE.

Very good experience, nice location for families, extremely easy access to beach. The noise from upstairs tenants was HORRIBLE, every single move made, every noise, could be heard downstairs. Also the smell from every type of food they made, including their fish-fry, overtook our entire condo. I'd like to think I would stay here again but I'd definitely request upstairs unit, otherwise you will never get to sleep in! But the unit was clean and conveniently located.

Best Location in Destin

My family and I just returned home vacation and we loved our stay at the Villa -- the location is perfect? Out the door, and you are practically on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck, and a view of the beach from the front deck. Community pool is great for the little ones who may not want to go to the beach, which by the way is about 15 feet from the door. For me the keyless entry was one of the best features -- no need to worry about losing the key. The Crab Trap restaurant is across the street, the Outlet Mall is close by as well as Walmart, Publix. Home Goods and the Destin Common Mall. Our family is already planning our vacation for next year. I have a feeling we will be going back every year. Five star rating from my family!!!

Disappointing

There were a few maintenance issues (missing towel rack in bathroom, missing cabinet door in kitchen, paint touch up needed in areas, constant running toilet, broken seal on back window that obstructed view outside, short in bathroom lights (out for last two days of stay). The furniture on back deck did not match pictures on site. The entryway didn't look like it had been cleaned. There were several light switches that didn't operate any lights.

Amazing...and a long overdue review

So I am torn: one the one hand, this rental is FANTASTIC! On the other hand, if I write a great review (which it deserves) it will only make it harder for me to reserve it in the future as it will start to be sold out. Ok...I'll risk it.... This property is perfect. The location itself, in the center of Destin and 2 blocks off of the beach, is ideal. There is a tunnel adjacent to the parking lot that takes you under the road to the beach side of the street, and a short 1-2 block walks takes you right to a perfect public beach. The unit itself is ideal. It is on the 2nd floor and features 2 bedrooms each with direct balcony access, 2 full baths (one in the master), a large living room, eat-in kitchen area, and 2 balconies. The front balcony has a view of the pool and beach, while the back balcony overlooks the lake. The appliances are in great shape and all worked perfectly. The furniture is perfect for the space and quite comfy. What really makes the place fantastic is Anthony, the owner. If you message him or text him you will hear back within hours (sometimes minutes!). And he is one of the most helpful owners we have ever worked with. Whatever he can do to help make your stay ideal, he will do. We loved it so much that we booked our next full week before we left!

Beautiful Lake View Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! The pictures gave exactly what it looks like in person (the rooms were bigger in person!) The view was absolutely breathtaking & the patio was very big, my toddler loved being out there & it was very safe!

When my wife and I would stay at a vacation rentals we would be upset of how out of date everything was and how the pictures weren't accurate, either they were 10 years old or just straight up not the same.
