Luxury Home in private cul-de-sac in Vineyard Haven. Just a short two block walk to downtown restaurants, shops, harbor, ferry and beach. Guests will love the convenience of this location. You can walk to Owen Park for swimming, fishing and the occasional evening concert. Stroll into town for coffee, ice cream, shopping, bookstore, and art galleries. See a show at the Vineyard Playhouse for award winning theater or enjoy a movie at the Martha's Vineyard Film Center. More beaches are just minutes away. This large home sleeps 9 and features 4 very spacious bedrooms each with its own luxury ensuite full bathroom with custom tile, marble and granite. Central air-conditioning, Gourmet Kitchen, expansive outdoor area with Farmer’s Porch, Bluestone Patio, outdoor Shower, designer furnishings all make for a pleasant and memorable Vineyard vacation. The large open living area is perfect for entertaining your group. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous granite counter space with counter seating. The Dining Room and Living room are open to the kitchen, making for easy entertaining and modern living. There is a Large 60” flat screen TV and plenty of board games for entertainment. The first floor boast one MBR with a Queen bed and Full Bathroom with custom tiled shower. The second floor has a large second MBR with King Bed and sitting area. A large ensuite bathroom with double sink, granite countertops and custom tiled shower finish off this space. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed with a twin daybed in the room, ensuite bathroom with granite countertop and custom tiled shower/bathtub combination. The fourth bedroom has 2 Full Beds, ensuite bathroom with granite countertop and custom tiled shower/bathtub combination. There are spacious closets in all of the bedrooms. The wrap around Farmer’s Porch will be a favorite spot for breakfast, lunch or cocktails, or just to curl up and read the latest best selling novel. The generous blue stone patio has a gas grill and large table and chairs for plenty of outdoor seating. Newly completed finished basement with TV entertainment area, wet bar, half-bath and Ping-Pong table. There is a laundry room on the first floor. The house has central Air Conditioning. New Gunite Salt Water Pool and Spa, spacious bluestone patio, Outdoor Kitchen and Pool Cabana.

A Haven in Haven

Our family was pleasantly surprised that the property had several Improvements not included in the photos. The backyard landscaping was recently updated and absolutely gorgeous! The newly installed pool was amazing and we had hours and hours of fun in the sun over Memorial Day. The owner was responsive and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect! Beautiful walk to town and on a private road of beautiful newly built homes. The home did not disappoint and left us wanting to come back; which we look forward to.

The property is exactly as pictured and the furnishings are even more impressive in person. We were a party of 9 college besties on the Vineyard to celebrate our milestone year bdays. Our late June stay was blessed with mostly sunny days and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor space. The house was well equipped with drinkware, cookware, dishes and even spices for any cooking needs. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers. We were short on bath and pool towels or our big group but the owners responded quickly and dispatched the housecleaner to supply more. She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It's a short walk to the quaint downtown area with shops and eateries. We were sad to leave and vowed to return again someday!

Just what we needed

We were on the island for a memorial service. This house was perfect, close to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Clean, comfortable, quiet and plenty of room for 8 of us and a great place for other family members to gather before and after the service.

Had a really great time with my Family and friends. the house was really Awesome

We had a really good time in the house and its close to the steam ship authority ferry service its like five minutes drive to the house. The Proper Manager was also responding to all the question quickly. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is willing to make reservations of the house. You will have a really good time.

Great Home in Vineyard Haven

The house was great for our group. Well maintained, new, and plenty if space to spread out. The beds were okay, the ones in the green room are on wheels on hardwood. The house is close to town so we could walk into town every day and catch the bus to get around the island. The grocery store was close and the house had things like spices, fully stocked kitchen, etc. 2 things to know. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. We didn't realize this until the night before we left so we had to rent linens which added about 200.00 to the budget. Something to keep in mind. Also, Vineyard haven is a dry town. So you have to go to oak bluff to pick up supplies. I would recommend putting both into in the description of the house just to make it clear to guests. The bus is the best way around the island. A 3 day pass was 18.00 and we went everywhere! Some uber drivers had trouble finding the address so we had to put in Pine Street and direct them from there when we needed an uber. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we spent our evenings outside, a fire pit would have been perfect! All in all the house was great for our group and we had a wonderful time. Just a few items to know ahead of our visit.

This home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was big enough for a large group of 10 - we each felt very comfortable during our entire stay. Great outside deck and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had an amazing time here!

Great for large groups

Great clean property. Kim was excellent in responding to all matter and questions in a quick manner. Would def recommend this place for large groups esp families. We had 2 1.5 year old babies and it was a great space. Need to bring own linens, towels and sheets. Close to the ferry and town. Great stay.

Prestine Property. Near to everything!

4 couples rented this amazing property for a weekend. It was perfect! Each bedroom was a master suite. We had 2 additional couples over for brunch and no one felt crowded. Great for entertaining! Ms. Briggs responded to questions promptly. The only negative, if you can it call so...we had to provide our own linens. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to rent the property again.

We loved this place so much!

What a perfect vacation property for our family of five! This was our first time to Martha’s Vineyard and this new, gorgeous house was close to the ferry and the town center. We enjoyed walking into town every day, visiting beaches, watching movies as a family in the great room, playing ping pong in the basement, and playing cards and relaxing on the back patio. The house was impeccable and Kimberly was so accommodating. We cannot wait to stay here next year!! Highly recommend!!

Our family and friend group of eight had an amazing time in this beautifully appointed home. Kimberly was so accommodating and welcoming. Vineyard Haven is the perfect home base to access all the beautiful towns of MV. We especially loved that all the bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.
