The space

Welcome to 'Barefoot Sands!'

This stunning 3-floor coastal retreat in the heart of Seacrest Beach is just two houses from the sand, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location.

On the first floor, you'll walk into a bright and open living room with comfy seating and a big TV, perfect for relaxing after the beach! This space flows right into the dining area with seating for your whole group, and then into the kitchen, which is fully stocked and ready for cooking meals together! Also on the first floor, you'll find the laundry room along with the first bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a shared hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

Step out back to your own private oasis! Take a dip in the pool and rinse off in the outdoor shower. There's also a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun or stars. It's the perfect hangout space after a day at the beach!

Up on the second floor, you'll find the next three bedrooms. The master suite includes a King bed, shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, shared balcony, and a Jack & Jill bathroom featuring dual vanities and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is the ultimate bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk and one rare triple-stacked Twin bunk, sleeping 5 in total.

Moving to the third floor are the final two bedrooms. The first of these is another master suite with a King bed, shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The last bedroom features two Queen beds, shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking available for 3-4 cars in the driveway.

Nestled in a private gated community between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, you're just a 1-minute walk away from the private beach access and also just moments away from Seacrest Town Center, shopping, dining, and more! Also, don't forget to take advantage of the complimentary beach set-up!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the private deeded community beach access.

This home is only about a 1-minute walk away from the sand on the SOUTH side of 30A!

Enjoy complimentary beach set-ups from March 1st - October 31st through Jake's Beach Service, which includes 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and a table! Guests must still make reservations directly through Jake's.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
