A beautiful home in the lovely private gated community of Water’s Edge, adjacent to Rosemary Beach. This gorgeous vacation home is on the south side (beach side) of 30a, located 50 yards from the beach stairs. This subdivision has only 34 homes, which allows for low density private beach access. A set of chairs with umbrella are provided on the beach for our guests. “Rest Ashore” is a custom desinged 5-bedroom+, 5 ½ bath vacation home with over 3,100 square feet. It is a 3-level private home with office and media rooms, both of which have bunk beds. Beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout. It is outfitted with high speed wireless internet and flat screen TVs with 'internet apps' in all bedrooms.

The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, double refrigerators, 5 burner gas cook top and a Dacor double oven with warming drawer. The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a dining room table for eight, a bar area that seats five, and a games table that seats six. Relax in front of the 55-inch flat-screen TV. A powder room is located just off the foyer.

Stroll out back to the porch and patio area and enjoy the largest private pool in the subdivision that has a state-of-the-art (saline) non chlorinated cleaning system. Bask in the Florida sun poolside, or take a short 50-yard stroll down a lovely landscaped, palm tree lined path to the beach stairs to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach.

This home has 3 master suites. The first floor master is a large bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom, outfitted with granite and travertine. Strategically located away from the family room, this suite provides both privacy and convenience. Its location on the main floor makes it especially nice for anyone with reduced mobility concerns.

The main master bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! This large bedroom with king bed has a private porch that overlooks the pool, an expansive bathroom with granite countertops, double vanities, soaking tub, and dual showerheads (w/rain-head). Attached to this bedroom is a private office/or kids room, that has a twin bunk bed. The office/bunk room closes with a French door for privacy and quiet. This office is multi-functional, as it can be used as room for kids, a quiet reading space, work area, or nursery/young child’s sleeping area. A Pack-n-Play is also available for your use (please bring your own fitted sheet for that). The other second floor master has a king bed, and is also spacious and has a private deck with gulf view. The bathroom has granite, soaking tub, and dual shower heads. For the younger crowd, we have a fantastic room on this floor that has two bunk beds, each with twin over full sized bed, that will accommodate six people. It has its own private bathroom. A full-sized dedicated laundry room with extra large capacity front loading washer/dryer is on this level. It has ample storage space, with plenty of room to sort and fold laundry. Iron and ironing board are stored here.

The tower rooms on the third floor are ideal for the ultimate kid retreat. The “pajama party room” has two queen size beds with a semi-private bathroom. The adjacent media room/bedroom is a kid's dream! There is a twin over double bunk bed in there, and a couch for watching the large smart tv. Both rooms have access to a large deck that provides great views of the Gulf. They share a full bathroom with Jack and Jill access.

The gated community provides privacy and serenity for a relaxing vacation, yet is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, shops, and spa. There is a 17-mile walk/bike path located just outside our entrance, and a Tom Fazio golf course is just a mile away. Fishing, sailing and kayaking are also available locally. Rosemary Beach has tennis courts and a fitness center that can be accessed for a fee. The Publix food store is only about a 5-minute car ride east on 98. The new outdoor shopping area in Panama City, called Pier Park, is a 10-minute drive east on 98. Pier Park has numerous restaurants and stores, and a new state-of-the-art movie cinema. Seaside is 7 miles west, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall, Silver Sands, is about 20 miles west.
