Chasing Waves Beach House is your private coastal retreat—spacious, inviting, and designed for unforgettable memories. This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home features a 14x28 heated (additional fee, see below) saltwater pool, hot tub, arcade, ping pong, putt-putt, foosball, and more. With an elevator to every level and just a 0.6-mile stroll down a quiet street to the beach, everything you need for fun and relaxation is right here.

The Space
Inside, the ground level offers an Indoor Game Room with a partial kitchen, 65" TV, foosball, arcade games, and comfy seating. A king bedroom with a 60" TV and full bath sits nearby, making it perfect for guests who want easy access to all the action.
Step outside to the Outdoor Entertainment Area, complete with ping pong, putt-putt, Hook 21, a 65" TV, and a beach closet stocked with toys and gear. Take a swim in the saltwater pool, soak in the 5-person hot tub, lounge on the deck chairs, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Fire up the charcoal grills for an afternoon cookout.
The Main Level is an open-concept haven for gathering. Relax in the living area with a 70" TV and electric fireplace, or enjoy meals together at the dining table (seats 8) and bartop (seats 8). The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, while a half bath adds convenience.
The master suite, also on the main level, offers a king bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, porch access, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Stairs from the back porch lead directly to the pool.
Upstairs, you'll find 4 more bedrooms. The bunkroom has two sets of full-size bunks, a TV, and its own bath. Another king suite features a private bath and TV, while two additional king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. All rooms have ample closet space.
Every level of the home is easily accessible by elevator, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Fun Beyond the House
A short walk takes you to the beach, but golf carts are a popular way to explore—cruise the quiet neighborhood streets, discover local shops and restaurants, and enjoy the coastal breeze as you ride around town.

Guest Access & Amenities
You’ll have full access to the home (owner closets locked). High-speed Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, beach gear, and elevator are included. Well-behaved pets (2 pets max) are welcome for a $150 nonrefundable fee each. Pool heating is available for $75/day. Fees for heating the pool are not included in the total price at the time of booking. If guests would like the pool to be heated we will request the fee amount after booking.

We pride ourselves on excellent communication, with clear check-in instructions and quick responses to questions. A door code is sent before arrival—no need for key pick-up.

Please note: while we do everything possible to ensure all amenities are fully operational, unforeseen malfunctions can occur. Should anything arise, we’ll address it promptly, though refunds aren’t provided for such issues.
