Great location with a fantastic view right by the ocean. The view alone is worth the price of admission.Close proximity to food carts and other restaurants in the area as well as the boardwalk.Host provided clear and very detailed check in instructions. Check in was very simple and straightforward.Apartment had all the amenities one would need even though the furniture was a bit dated and felt sonewhat cluttered.Overall we had a fantastic time and would come back again in a heartbeat.

This place truly lives up to its description! It boasts a stunning view and an excellent location, with eclectic decor that adds charm. The beach is easily accessible, and there’s a grocery store within walking distance, along with a variety of food trucks offering everything you could desire for lunch or morning coffee. Plus, there are perfect lounge chairs available to bring out to the beach.The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Peter was very responsive whenever we needed assistance, and the condo unit itself was well-designed. The 24-hour concierge service downstairs added an extra layer of convenience. The heated pool was delightful, with plenty of seating available.I can’t wait to stay here again!

The views of the beach from condo were excellent. Ideal location with many restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Thoughtful host providing coffee and chocolate. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

Great view, nice well kept rooms, spacious a pleasure to stay there, will definitely be coming back to stay professional and courteous service people, the only place to stay if you are in Hawaii

Great to have you on board... I five star review is so wonderful to receive. Joyeous and uplifting. The exciting Art Gallery so for your pleasure. It took me along time to collect - Hawaiian Ladies and an original Air Line Poster which is very rare. I know that you enjoyed my sunny condominium with its beautiful surrounding views. Kaanapali beach is very clean and world famous. Using the NEW dishwasher is a great experience. Beds are comfortable with ample sheets. Art work abounds. Televisions are new and have super clear pictures. I try my best. The new curtains were expensive but they give the condo a clean look for visitors' pleasure. Knowing that you will be back gives me a happy moment for future business. THANK YOU for you reservation and cleaning the apartment so well. Looking forward to your future visits and your business. Perfect accommodations / view!

Family of 4, first time in Hawaii. Felt as though we got beyond lucky with this booking. The views were second to none and accommodations and location perfect for what we wanted to do. Hope to come back and stay again.

Amazing views! Easy access to beach and other activities. We had an issue with the AC in the guest room nd they were able to address the issue the next day in good order. Excellent stay.

Our Kaanapali Stay

Our second time at this property. Once again the view was fantastic, we saw turtles, whales and a monk seal from the lanai! Thank you again.

Spring break 2025

The condo and location were terrific. The condo was stocked with useful equipment such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and binoculars. The property was very nice and peaceful. We had a great time.

Such a beautiful client to work with. I usually get a 5 * (5 Star) Review because it is Truly a Magnicent Condo. The amenities of the Resort are Beautiful and a 5 Star is what I expect and what I offer. Our View is very Special. And this View is FOREVER and will never go Forever. Ocean View is spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoy our time in Maui and the condo we chose. Sitting on the patio at the end of the day with a cocktail and watching the surfers and the whales was just perfect. We had to call Peter for a minor issue and he had it done very quickly. Would recommend this condo for your stay.

I gave this Renter a 5 Star review. She and her family were very nice. They enjoyed the VIEW which is great, wonderful, and very unusual. They kept the condo very clean. Any issues that they had were given strict and quick attention. Since they want to come, as do many other Renters, I know that I will hear from them again.

Most beautiful view I have ever seen!!

The location is wonderful!! Close to shopping and beaches. Such a tropical feel to the property. Loved the pool and hot tub. Just walk out the door and you are on the soft sand!! Loved the condo. Everything was fabulous! Wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved our first time in Maui❤️🎄

Seamless. Too floor corner unit affords views in three directions. Watched whales breaching from the balcony. Peaceful location yet convenient to everything.

Check in easy. Owner needs to replace coffee machine, very slow leak. Slider doesn’t close completely & will not lock.Beautiful views!

Slider is perfect. Coffee maker could have been replaced But, they never told me. And was replaced. They did not do the right thing.

Magnificent stay in Maui

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condominium. The furniture was exquisite and very Hawaiian! Perfect location with a 270 degree view beyond words from the penthouse. The air conditioner worked great, the terrace was large, comfortable seating, wonderful artwork, great heated pool, nice lobby area and a fabulous new kitchen. Absolutely gorgeous, can’t wait to come back! All around 100%

The view and decor was amazing!

We had a wonderful time. The view is a once ina lifetime experience. We saw turtles, a shark and countless whales from the window. We also had a front row seat to over a dozen rainbows. The kitchen was well stocked and you can’t beat the location. The place overall is a bit dated but we knew that going into it reading reviews and picking it for the view and Hawaiian decor.

Wonderful location

Chose location for beach and walkability to Black Rock, Duke’s, etc. View obviously fantastic. Would have been nice to have some paper products/soap upon arrival. Cleaner wasn’t finished with property - brought our towels around 7, but we went to grocery store while she finished up. Lots of seating for having additional family over for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Peter’s Kaanapali condo

We enjoyed the condo even though some parts of place were outdated. There was not much room in the master bedroom closet to hang clothes. We had to call the owner then ask at the front desk for maintenance one day to fix the front door lock. We appreciated the air conditioning, the beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic.

1st Maui Visit

Wow wow wow the views from this unit could not have been better even if you stayed at a 5 star resort. You had multiple amazing window views. The unit was amazing, but could have used some renovations. It is an amazing unit in a great location and right where you would want to be. Only downside (if there was one) is it was dated and could have used a renovation in furniture. If you can look past that, definitely a must rent unit. Communications were ok, but could have been faster response times

Glad you enjoyed our great condo Everything was perfect Our New kitchen hit the jackpot! Out original Hawaiian decor is tropical and 100%. I responded within ten minutes He seems to be confusing me with someone Else. I am not his personal travel agent But I advised him on Maui’s many activities etc. I do not understand his review. He sent me , after he left my condo, a fake inquiry. With absurd Demands. I just renovated the kitchen with a huge Price tag . What his problems?

Short walk to Farmer's Market; TIMES Supermarket/Mall across the street: 24 hours
. Next door FIVE STAR restaurant . All five to ten minute walk. Gyms next door to the right & left.
PLEASE NOTE:
Area between entrance doors to my unit is not part of the RENTAL AREA. This is for Beach Equipment/Storage/Footwear/Sand items.ETC. SEATING is ample for 8 or more guests. Separate Dining & Living Areas to accommodate Large Families. A NEW special boutique seating for two. Kitchen has modern major appliances, A NEWISH STAINLESS STEEL BOSCH DISHWASHER, and new small appliances. All under an island service contract.
If you overstay your departure time under any and all circumstances, which is 11AM, you lose your security deposit automatically or pay 1 Hotel Day plus taxes, whichever is greater.
If your plane leaves at 10 PM, you pay an extra day plus taxes and that is mandatory. Cleaning company must come in. Please note: Every year between 12/18-01/02 there is always a 2 week booking minimum for Christmas/Holiday.
