Our vacation home is located at a 200 feet wide Gulf access canal with Southern exposure in desired SW Cape Coral. It provides two Queen size beds in the spacious master suite. The two other bed rooms with two Twin beds each are sharing one full bathroom located between these bed rooms.
There is a beautiful, solar heated pool in a tropical landscaped garden, so it becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and you will not see a high electric bill for heating the pool.
There is an allowance of $42.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Rate is for occupancy of 4, each additional person is $20.00 per night.
For extended stays of at least 4 weeks 15% discount, 8+ weeks 20%.

There is a pool billiard table in the great room providing a great view over the pool area to the wide canal.
