- The water level at the boat docks is typically around 8 feet deep, but this can change with the tides
- Boat dockage is available for an additional fee of $39 plus applicable taxes per night. This fee must be paid directly to the property owner. Please also note that guests are required to contact the local representative at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in details.

- The Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Guests must reach out at least 24 hours before check-in to request it
