THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer available in the building on the first floor. The laundry key card is in unit. If misplaced or lost there is a $50.00 replacement fee. Laundry machines accept credit cards only.

- Free parking for 2 vehicles.

- The parking key fob is located inside the unit. Please note that a $200 fee will apply if it is lost or misplaced.

- Parking is located at the nearby Fairway Villa building.
