Together a 2-bedroom condo at the ever-popular Maui Banyan, 2575 S Kihei Road. Conveniently located on the 2nd Floor near the front entrance of Maui Banyan. This unit is close to the pool, hot tub, BBQ's, elevator, front office, as well as a short walking distance (only 300 steps!) to the beautiful sand and waves of Kamaole Beach II, sea turtles and beautiful sunsets!

Maui Banyan is located immediately across the street from Kamaole Beach II, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
This is a vacation rental, or a home away from home. We provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions in your confirmation, and allow you privacy during your stay. There is a full kitchen, along with all necessary cookware and utensils for your use. Bath towels and bed linens are included. We will also provide you with beach chairs and beach towels; umbrellas may not be available since they keep getting damaged in the winds. If you need to reach us while you are a guest, there are contact numbers in the condo book on the kitchen counter.
Note - This condo has been off the rental market for one year so that we could house one of the unfortunate residents of Lahaina who lost everything in the tragic fire of 2023.
This unique unit offers the option of extra privacy with the ability to 'lock-off' the second bedroom/bathroom with its own entry from the hallway! Perfect for the adults, grandparents or another couple to maintain privacy or escape without waking anyone else up! Ideally this is set up for 2 couples, but there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa if 1 or 2 kids wish to sleep there.
This non-smoking condo was repainted, and newer furnishings were added in 2020/2021. Prior to that the kitchen was remodeled in rich espresso cabinetry, stunning granite and tile backsplash. This gourmet preparation space includes all of the necessary cookware, utensils, and appliances to prepare and serve wonderful meals while on vacation.
Cream colored ceramic tile throughout gives this condo a clean and easy to maintain finish. The living room features HD TV, A/C, and a sofa-sleeper, perfect for accompanying children or the occasional overnight guest. You'll enjoy lanai access, which runs the length of the condo, with our outdoor dining set, for a fresh air alternative to dine.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, HD TV, A/C and a separate access to the balcony. The bedroom may be closed off from the living area with opaque glass pocket doors to allow privacy. A stacked washer and dryer is provided for guest use.
The guest bedroom is an attached studio, with full access to a private en suite bathroom, separate balcony, and small breakfast nook. This room features a comfortable queen bed, HD TV, A/C and a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils and dishes). As mentioned, it has a separate entrance if a second couple wishes to have more privacy.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the condo, lanai or common spaces. Ask the front desk for the designated smoking area.
This property is operated as an LLC - Whispering Palms, LLC - Gary being the sole owner. Taxes collected through Airbnb and submitted to the state of HI are: TAT-10.25%, GET - 4.712%, Maui TAT 3.00% GE/TA122703155201
