This beautifully redone, open, split level house has the feeling of being in your own private space, yet is part of the vibrant village of Montauk. One and a half blocks from the ocean, this oasis has a beautiful pool, fabulous interior with large open space for living/eating/dining. There are three bedrooms: king sized bed in master, queen in guest, two sets of bunk beds in the kids' room. Plus a renovated TV room on the lower level, with two queen beds as well. Three full baths. Large laundry room. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for you to use. Bedding provided. Beach rights with parking pass/key included.

Montauk has much to offer in the downtown shopping area. There are great places to eat, buy beach accessories, a pharmacy, groceries, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, surfing, kayaking and more!

This home is cherished by our family and we would like for you to enjoy it. No smoking. No pets. Must pay gas bill which is for pool, spa and stove usage. Cleaning fee. Best for families. Not a "share" house. Propane tank for grill is provided.

Please note there is a 5.5% tax charged to renters by Suffolk County on all short term rentals. This will be reflected in the upfront charges.

Please respect our neighbors particularly when it comes to noise. Sound travels. Thank you. Also, 4 cars only in the driveway.
Do not leave a huge number of towels to be done by our cleaners. Do as many as you do not need the night before your departure.

We had a wonderful perfect summer vacation in this cozy family oriented home in Montauk with my family n grandkids! So much to over, games puzzles pool n hot tub provided lots of fun n so close to beach fir little kids n a baby! Owner a pleasure n easy to contact! Chairs provided everything in this home was there for a family to enjoy! We had the best week weather sunny n just a pleasure!

Amazing Beach Stay

The location was great, easy walk to the beach and not too far from town center. The house was perfect for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children). Kitchen was well stocked with tools and gadgets. Outside pool/spa was the perfect way for the kids to have fun in between activities. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Great family house

From start to finish our expectations were met and surpassed. The pictures do not fully convey how spacious and comfortable this house is. It is also a really short walk to the beach pictured so we tended to do beach in the AM, pool in the afternoon and back to the beach for an evening stroll . The house is furnished with everything you could require to cook, barbeque or enjoy take out on the patio. Louise, the owner has thought of everything. She is also remarkably responsive. When a small problem developed she got repairmen on it as fast as humanly possible. Kudos to her persistence and attentiveness. We were a large multi-generational family group that vacations together every year and all agreed this was the best house yet

Fantastic House in Hither Hills

Great location, beautiful house, and perfect pool. The house is well laid out with comfortable bedrooms, a nice living room, and a great entertainment room. The host was responsive and prompt, making our stay very easy. Our kids enjoyed the pool, yard, and the entertainment room. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything We Needed and More! Idyllic Beach House A Sea Shell's Throw from The Beach

Renting here for the first time, our group of 4 adults and 6 kids (ranging from 9 down to 1) were more than comfortable in this well equipped and beautifully manicured beach house. Aside from the close proximity to our favorite stretch of beach in NY state (Hither Hills), the amenities galore back at the house were seemingly endless and the charm and comfort of the home kept a smile our all of our faces all week. Louise, the owner, went out of her way to accommodate every request, respond rapidly to every e-mail and truly made the vacation an unforgettable one. There aren't many houses with pools in Hither Hills so if a pool or a hot tub is what you seek, I don't know of any better! Thank you for sharing your remarkable and lovely home, Louise!!!

Great house and a fantastic vacation. Access to the beach was easy and the pool was wonderful.

The house was great. The bedroom layout was very easy to manage and we all felt that we had privacy. We had early morning risers in our group and when the high school/college age "kids" arrived later in the week, the layout allowed them to sleep late undisturbed. The kitchen was nicely equipped and beach chairs and towels were available. Two of us used the outdoor shower all week. We look forward to booking again next year.

We finally found the perfect family friendly Montauk vacation home !

We have been going to Montauk with our family and friends for years, and we are always looking for the perfect home. We finally found it! In addition to the easy and open layout of the house and the "get away room" for the kids, the pool and the easy walk to the private ocean beach is absolutely ideal. We will certainly be back!

Our family has loved this beach house for years. Now my kids are grown and have jobs of their own so we cannot spend the full summers out there any more, much as I would love to! Maybe someday I will get back to being out there all summer, but until then, I enjoy sharing the house with families who want a great vacation in Montauk.

This property has such great amenities. It feels like you are in a private setting, with no one around you. We confess that we love spending time in the pool as well as the beach because it is so relaxing to just open the door and walk out to the pool.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We turned an old split level into a beautiful updated new home. We opened it up so that there is a lot of light and it is very open. There is very good soundproofing between floors and the house can hold different generations of a family on different levels! Three full bathrooms make it quite easy to live in for a week or a month or a full summer!
