Beautiful Silver Lake Association across from Lake

Clean and cozy 3 bedroom cottage located 2 min walk from 400 foot wide private association beach on silver lake and same distance from heated pool, basketball court, shuffleboard, and horse shoe pits. WiFi is provided as well as a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Single bathroom with shower and tub as well as washing machine and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen with small dining area and a picnic table on the rear yard. Gas grill and plenty of seating on the wrap around deck with lake and dune views. Three bedrooms two with bunks with queen on bottom and full on top.
and the other with a queen. Sleeps eight comfortably. There is a mini split air conditioner / heater in the living room. There is also a deck on the back which includes a gazebo and seating for seven people. The gazebo also has shades that roll down in case the sun is coming through. Also in the back area is a fire pit with six chairs. There are wall fans in each of the bedrooms with bunk beds and an upright fan for the bedroom with just the queen. The cottage is located minutes from the town. There is a large pool up the hill as well as a pickleball court, basketball court, tennis court, a horseshoe pits and other things like ping Pong inside the clubhouse. Overall it's a wonderful place to spend a week. If you have a boat or jet skis you can moor them out by the other ones. There are moorings under the water that you can't see you just have to look for them and find them and you can hook a rope to them and keep your boat there. Or you can just put your boat in every day as the boat launch is less than a mile from our cottage.
