Welcome to our direct oceanfront unit 708 in the Palmetto Tower at Dunes Village Resort. Our condo is one of the ten Oceanfront Deluxe Queen Suite units. The balcony is an extended private balcony with over 300 sq. ft. compared to the normal balconies that are typically 60 sq. ft.
This is a luxury seventh floor unit with a large extended balcony.
Beautiful, fully furnished oceanfront 1-bedroom at Dunes Village Resort offers stunning direct ocean views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The unit includes a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. It features 2 Queens, 1 Sleeper Sofa, 1 Murphy bed (fold-down), and a dining table. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi Bathtub. Unit has the convenience of a washer dryer which is rare for a 1 bedroom unit. Enjoy onsite amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, water slides, kiddie pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, and dining options including an onsite restaurant/lounge, poolside Tiki bar, and Starbucks.
The 30,000-square-foot heated indoor water park boasts a 250-foot lazy river, Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult water slides, and a children's pool and game room with pool tables and more.
Abundant amenities are available at this beachfront resort—all with free WiFi.
Located conveniently within steps of the beach, just 7 miles from the airport, 5 miles from Family Kingdom, and 2 miles from Myrtlewood Golf Course. Many restaurants and attractions are nearby, including a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many popular local sights, dining, golf, and shopping are easily accessible.
This oceanfront condo includes 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Murphy Bed (fold-down). It features a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. Sleep up to 8 guests. Start your day with a sunrise view from your private balcony overlooking the ocean.
The back area, from the submarine through and including the kid pool, will be closed for at least the first two weeks of January and may remain closed for the rest of the month depending on progress.

Dunes Village Resort offers so many fun activities and amenities for guests. Featuring a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility. This is a truly great resort and convenient to the beach and the indoor waterpark is AMAZING.
