With a hot tub, fire pit, wraparound screen porch, outdoor grill and dining area, and even a waterfall, there is just so much to enjoy!

Inside, the expansive space sleeps 16 and offers WiFi, a gas log fireplace, an incredible game room, and a fully stocked kitchen. This magnificent home, perfect for large groups, truly has it all!

Chateau de Maggie Valley sits in a fantastic location, and staying here puts you just minutes from all the area attractions. It`s only a few miles to the Cataloochee Ski Resort, Tube World, Wheels Through Time Museum, and the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds. All the shopping and restaurants in historic downtown Waynesville are moments away. Its 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, and just a short drive to Soco Falls, Cherokee, Harrah`s Casino and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

When you first arrive at this magnificent home, you`ll be captivated by the thoughtful outdoor spaces and amazing amenities designed to maximize our guests enjoyment of both the mountain air and the majestic views.

A wraparound screened porch hugs this home, and its filled with cozy furniture, a propane grill and cooking station, outdoor dining area, and even a porch swing. All available so our guests can enjoy the beauty of the mountains in all types of weather.

Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing, as you gaze at the spectacular mountain views, or step into the impressive back yard where the music of the waterfall serenades you as you roast some marshmallows at the fire pit.

Guests also have access to the one car garage and a large paved parking pad that accommodate multiple vehicles and small trailers.

When you step inside the main level of this beautiful home, you`ll find an inviting open floor plan with bedrooms split on either side of the living area. This level sleeps 6 guests with two sided by side guest rooms that share a full hall bath, and a spacious and private master suite with a king bed and attached full bath with a walk in shower and soaking tub. The living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating, two sided gas log fireplace and an additional living area with a futon to sleep an extra guest. The spacious kitchen with its high end finishes, is stocked with everything you`ll need for cooking and dining. It flows into a separate dining area with a table that seats 8.

Downstairs is where all the indoor fun begins. Most of the lower level is dedicated to a game room, that will keep adults and kids alike entertained for hours. There`s a pool table, ping pong table, poker room, tv and even a popcorn maker! Two more bedrooms are also found on this level. There is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, work station, and a full attached bath. A bunk room, perfect for kids, sleeps six and also has a tv. There is also a sleeper sofa in the game room.

Chateau de Maggie Valley is centrally located in Maggie Valley. It has incredible views and lots of parking. Guests should expect to see neighbors nearby.

You will need a car to best enjoy the house and surrounding area attractions.

The last part of the road to the house is gravel, but there is a large paved, flat parking pad at the property that can accommodate trailers.
