We were very disappointed to see the review you left following your stay. We work extremely hard to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable home and an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you read our previous reviews, you'll see they are overwhelmingly 5-star reviews, which reflects the level of care and attention we put into every guest's stay. During your visit, we were happy to accommodate your early check-in request, and on trash pickup day, we personally came by the property to roll the trash cans out so you wouldn't have to worry about it. We always try to go above and beyond for our guests whenever possible. We understand that the television turning on unexpectedly during the night was frustrating. However, this was not something within our control, and we do not feel that it accurately reflects the overall quality of the home, amenities, cleanliness, and service that were provided during your stay. As owners and managers of a short-term rental, reviews have a direct impact on our livelihood. We kindly ask that you keep that in mind when reviewing independently owned properties in the future.
