This sprawling vacation home is the destination for an amazing vacation! You’ll find plenty of fun activities for the whole group.  Enjoy a wood burning fire in the cozy living room, relax on the deck with a cup of coffee, or soak in the hot tub.   Play a game of pool, cards, or air hockey in the game rooms or catch a movie in the theater room.

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available. 

The driveway fits 4-6 cars. The front garage is off limits to guests, but the second garage is available.

SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.

This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort.  However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through TripForth's Ticket Link. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.
*Please review the HOA Rules below and in your rental contract.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. 
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

This home has designated parking (a driveway). All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road. 
Do not block fire hydrants.  
Do not park in front of another property.  
There is an overflow parking area if needed, located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten.  
Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. 
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. 

No open fires permitted in Massanutten. 
This is a high wildfire risk area!   
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property and in the community shared spaces.  
Grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.  
Check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance to the Resort for updates.

No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.

Pre-approved dogs are required to be on a leash when outside.  
You must clean up after your pets.

All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out. 
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed. 
Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property. 
Trash should be removed regularly.


*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside. 
*Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes.
*Minimum age to book is 25.

***Pre-Approved Dogs are allowed for a $100 per-dog fee (plus tax), maximum of 2 dogs.

Pet Rules
- We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. 
- Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
- Must be crated when in the house alone.
- Stay off all furniture.
- Must have advance notice of pet on property.
- Can not be left alone outside.

Mountain Setting Disclosure

This home is located in a natural mountain environment and may experience seasonal weather changes, insects, arachnids, and wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly; however, occasional encounters are possible due to the home's surroundings. Guests can help minimize encounters by keeping food sealed and reducing exterior light exposure at night. Refunds or relocations are not provided for natural occurrences related to the mountain setting. Please consider this before booking.
