The two-level home includes a relaxing primary suite with a large tiled shower. Baseboard heat and thermostat control keep things comfortable year-round. Like most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning, but the summer mountain breeze keeps it cool.

Outdoor lovers will enjoy easy access to Herron Park, Foys Lake, and Flathead Lake—perfect for hiking, biking, swimming, and boating. The setting is peaceful and tree-lined, with smart home tech to help ensure quiet enjoyment for all guests and neighbors.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (75 lbs or less) are welcome. Free parking is available for 3 vehicles. A 4WD vehicle may be required in winter months. Entry is simple with a secure digital lock and personalized code provided before your stay.

**Please Note:** As of June, 20th, 2026 -Our area recently experienced a severe windstorm that caused damage to the roof. As a temporary protective measure while repairs are being scheduled, a tarp has been installed on the roof in order to protect more shingles from coming off, before the roofers can get it on the schedule.

While the tarp may be the first thing you notice upon arrival, please rest assured that the home is safe, fully functional, and there are no structural concerns affecting your stay. We simply want to be transparent so you know what to expect when you arrive. We will remove this note once the shingles have been repaired.
