Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida's most friendly and quaint beach town. Moontide is New Smyrna Beach's best vacation value. Our non smoking 'beach cottage' is located on the Prime Location top (5th) floor of the prestigious 'A' building, which is right on the beach, and features a large 30 foot wide totally private balcony with unobstructed views up and down the entire beach. Our condo is perched right up against the sea wall. You can't get more direct oceanfront than this. It is located on the preferred safe, secure more private, "no drive" beach.

Our 'beach cottage' has been completely renovated, with all new flooring, kitchen cabinets, Kitchen and laundry room appliances, tiled walk in showers, dining room, living room and bedroom furnishings, 60' 'smart' HDTV, all new kitchen flatware. Really, everything is brand new, and absolutely first class top quality.

The balcony features numerous seating options to enjoy the beach's sights and sound; Imagine breathtaking painted sunrises, and moonlit evenings as you reflect on the day's memories; walks and bike rides along the beach, sitting out under the beach tent, watching the Dolphin swim along the shore, or the Pelicans drifting along the ever present sea breeze .

The balcony and its panoramic views is open to both the master bedroom, which features a beautiful King sized bed, as well as an open living room, which features a 60 inch 'smart' HDTV, and seating for beach gazing. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and also has a comfortable 'hide-a-mat' twin bed, as well as a 55' HDTV. There is the capability of free Netflix streaming on all TVs. We also have a free Amazon Fire Stick for expanded viewing options.

A fully stocked kitchen allows for eating in, or take advantage of the numerous local restaurants. Owners offer you the use of their selection of beach towels, tents, and umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach cart. Moontide has a heated pool just steps away, private secured covered garage parking, and private tennis courts. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Free high speed internet WiFi service, and free local and long distance telephone service to U.S, Canada, and P.R.

Bob and Deb are excellent hosts. Communication was excellent and they were available should any issues arise. (There were no issues)The oceanfront condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a great week was readily available. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. That and a cup of coffee started our day off perfectly. We hope to return to this perfect place on the coast next year.

This condo had a WOW factor the minute we walked in. We have stayed at numerous VRBO condos and this one far surpassed all of them in many ways.The design and decor was exquisite. Every detail had been attended to. It was very welcoming and peaceful.It was also very well stocked. Bob was very responsive to any questions and made several recommendations.The property was directly on the sandy beach. Loved the pods of Pelicans. And even watched Santa pass by on his bicycle on this Christmas trip.One of the thrills for me was watching the manatees at Blue SpringState Park about a 30 mile drive.

Dear Bob and Deb, Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We loved the beautiful costal decor and the well stocked amenities! The comfy cushioned chair in the corner of the balcony was a favorite spot. The view from the balcony was awesome. We felt like we were almost right on the water. Thank you for providing the binoculars. It was fun to check out the birds and passing boats! We were lucky to visit during the Beaver Full Moon. The beach was amazingly bright even at midnight! We also saw an impressive King high tide! Thank you for the detailed restaurant recommendations. We visited the Yellow Dog and The Garlic. The Ravioli Bologna’s was excellent! It was a pleasure to stay at Moontide A502. Everything was top notch including your communications with us! Three lifelong female friends looking for a wonderful place to reconnect, laugh, enjoy the beach, have some excellent food and generally chill. This condo is all it claims to be. And the owners are excellent hosts - providing everything you need and more. We especially appreciated all the good local recommendations for dining and entertainment.

Awesome condo and location

Gorgeous beachfront property

We had a wonderful stay in November. The condo is beautiful and has a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The unit is well equipped with everything you could want to have at the beach. The owners were very helpful with information about the area attractions and restaurants.

The location and property exceeded our expectations and was well appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Wonderful!

Despite the terrible mid-November weather (windy, rainy, flooding) we enjoyed our stay and the marvelous view. Couldn't imagine a better place to be stuck inside for a six days.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Bob and Deb’s condo. Location was great! The view from the balcony was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, tents, boogies boards and so much more right there at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen to cook in and everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Thank you for the wonderful vacation for our family!

Amazing views and great accommodations!!!

Great communication before and during our stay. Best views from the living area and master bedroom! 5 star all the way!! We will go back and I recommend anyone to stay here if you need 2 bed/bath in all of NSB. You will not be disappointed!

Great beach location

Well maintained beach front condominium. Cars prohibited on this stretch of beach which means comfort and security. Many owner provided amenities including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.

Every summer NSB has been our go to and this year our stay at Moontide (A 502) did not disappoint. Great location, amazing beach views and the most enjoyable sunrise. The condo was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect beach condo

This condo was amazing! It was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The view was incredible and very convenient to both pool and the beach. I loved waking up every morning to coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Robert was also very responsive and we appreciated all of the details provided regarding the condo amenities.

Bob and Debbie, have been married for 40 years, and together with their 4 children have vacationed at the Moontide many times over the years. Actually purchasing in the 'A' building was a dream that came true in May, 2013. They live in Orlando, where Bob is an Optometrist, and Debbie is a licensed Mental Health Counselor.

We have always loved the quiet, friendly, and quaint beach town of New Smyrna Beach, Fl. It has been our preferred choice for family vacations. The Moontide has a friendly family atmosphere, and has a well earned great reputation for being the best value on the beach. New Smyrna Beach is known for its great fishing (deep sea, surf, intercoastal, and lagoon), golf, shopping, art galleries, and beach atmosphere.

The top floor of the 'A' building is right on the beach, and has a 30 ft wide totally private balcony with unblocked views of the entire beach. You cannot have a better location to enjoy of the sights and sounds of the beach. Moontide is located on the preferred safe, secure, and more quiet 'no drive' section of the beach, making it family friendly and safe to watch your kids play on the beach. Moontide also offers private secured gated garage parking for guests. We have completely renovated this 'beach cottage', with top of the line appliances, flooring, baths, kitchen, furnishings, etc.
