Our home is conveniently located near the mid point of Lake Lanier. It is easily accessible from GA 400 or I85 from Atlanta. By water, it’s just minutes south of Brown’s Bridge Road bridge.

It sits along a quiet street that fosters the essence of retreat, getaway. You will enjoy lake views of the cove from our multi-level decks. The Master Bedroom located on the second level and provides a relaxing wake up view of the lake. Get your morning started with a cup of coffee without leaving the room, from our kitchen nook. Then, step outside into a screened in porch, or choose more direct sunlight from the uncovered deck, as you reflect on the peaceful serenity. At night, this becomes a personal favorite. As you sit on the deck, enjoy the unobstructed view of the star light sky. And, a perfectly positioned moon caps another wonderful day on Lake Lanier. The main level family room and breakfast area also provides views of the lake. Enjoy your outdoor dinning experience on the main level deck, gas grill and patio table.

Great relaxing get away

This home was perfect for our needs. I have rented this home many times and will be sure to stat here every time I plan a trip to this area. I was racing at road Atlanta and the home provides for an easy commute to the track, and is very relaxing at the end of a hectic day on the track. The home is kept VERY clean by the cleaning crew and the three bedrooms plus a den provide accommodations for family groups. I highly recommend this property on Lake Lanier. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to any questions in a timely manner.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Easy access to the dock and very comfortable stay. The homeowner was very responsive and polite! We will definitely be back!

Central location on Lake Lanier

The best feature of this house is the location. You can head south on the lake for restaurants, marinas, and big water, you can head north for quieter waters, or you can stay in the area for great wakeboard coves. The dock easily accommodated our pontoon boat and two jet skis, and it was great for swimming with about 8 feet of water at the end of the dock. The house is well kept, and it is obvious that this is not a “rental house”. It’s a really nice house. Greg did a great job communicating throughout the rental process. Parking - plenty! A lot of rental houses have a problem with parking. We had friends up for the 4th, and there was no problem accommodating 6 cars in the driveway and a jet ski trailer.

Great property, owner was very responsive.

Great property and looked to be newer renovations in the master bedroom and lower level. I did not use the dock so I can't comment on the easy of getting a boat in, jet ski or swimming. Had no issues during the stay but the owner was very responsive both before and after the stay, no issues getting into the house. The house had everything you need to prepare meals and cook during our stay.

Truly beautiful home

We had a wonderful 4 nights at this home on Lake Lanier. The wifi is a bit iffy, but (when needed) we used phone for personal hotspots. TV in living room works great and furnishings are excellent. Thanks, Greg, for sharing your lovely home. The very large master suite proved a great place for our younger generation to gather and play while the adults could gather and schmooze downstairs. Greg was immediately responsive to any questions and the home was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Amazing lake house with great boat dock and swimming.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a great lake house with secluded water access and that's exactly what this house offer. The house was very well kept with all the amenities necessary for a great get away. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. The dock water access was very convenient for our boat. Kitchen was modern and large. Interior furnishes were very nice and well kept. Screened in patio at master bedroom was very pleasant.l as well. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Unfair Payments

I would not recommend!!! Owner not only increased rate once the property was booked but also didn't refund full deposit due to credit card fee's being charged. We have stayed at other FRBO's and have never had to pay the credit card rates. I feel like that should have been disclosed up front and not surprised us at the end. Poor business! As far as the house goes, the setting is beautiful. Amenities were standard. Nothing super fancy but clean. Close to shopping yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. View of the lake was superb. However, other properties looked just as nice and I would not stay at this property based on the surprise fee's and up-charges.

Great rental!

This rental was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, well appointed, great kitchen for lots of cooks. We had 7 people and all were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was definite plus for our group. The master suite is amazing with a lovely screened porch with comfortable furniture. The deck and grill were nice. There is plenty of parking which was good for us since we had people from 3 families with us. I would recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Great Relaxing Home

This home worked out perfectly for us. I was racing at Road Atlanta and this home/location gave us the perfect get away. Three bedrooms were exactly what we needed and the cost was much better than getting 3 motel rooms. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy everything Lake Lanier had to offer, but it sure made for a great view and relaxing atmosphere. I have already made reservations to return for another stay. Contact with the owner was made with both e-mail and phone for questions and the response was quick. I (we) would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing get-away.

Very difficult stay and inappropriate behavior from owner.

We booked this home after being displaced due to a house fire. Based on the VRBO listing photos, this appears to be an amenity filled home and the ad supports the pictures in mentioning the Jacuzzi tub and both gas and wood burning grills. One would naturally assume that use of both would be possible. I arrived before the rest of my family with grilling meat in hand and discovered that the wood burning grill had been locked with a cable. I texted the owner (he never provided a direct phone number) and he replied that use of that grill was not allowed due to fire risk. As the gas grill worked, I rolled on and we had a meal only half as good as I'd hoped. After dinner, i went to draw a bath for my wife in the Jacuzzi tub. Problem was that the water wouldn't get hot and was cold before it reached the intake. Texted the owner and no response other than something about their risk management assessment dictates the water temperature. I was able to get him to call me from his blocked number the following day and I explained that he had no right to advertise amenities that were not available. That's when he explained that he only said they were there; not that the were usable. I advised that I'd measure the water temperature and advise. Next day I bought a digital thermometer and measured a 106 degree water temperature as the highest point which within a couple of minutes dropped into the 90's. I sent him an email advising that this was not only unacceptable to the average person, but that it was below sanitary standards for any water heater. 106 is the perfect temperature to bread dangerous bacteria in the system. Research Legionnaires Disease. He responded on Mon evening which was after 3 nights without hot water and first stated he couldn't get a plumber out and then stated the next day that he'd had someone out and no one would answer the door. Untrue. School was out due to weather and family was home all day,,no one came. That night, the water heater was adjusted to a comfortable level and that's when the real nightmare began. Owner has multiple areas of the house that he expects to be locked and not accessible to guests. He left the keys behind, monitored us on the Internet through cameras and sensors and recorded our 12 year old undressing. Owner tried to force us out with threats but backed down once II got VRBO and the police involved. It was a nightmare.

Vacation with friends

We were a party of 7--two families from different parts of Florida with three children ages 16, 16, and 11. The home had more than adequate room--nicely furnished---great weekend with friends...fishing was fun for all...put kayaks and tubes in the water...it was just an overall relaxing and fun weekend with friends. The sunrise was beautiful from the top deck of the boat dock! Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your lake house. I really liked the kitchen and the big open living space. The home is really decorated nicely. Very nice and spaces bedrooms for every one. We would recommend it to any one who wants a perfect place to stay at Lake Lanier.

Our family rented this home to have a place to have a family Thanksgiving! The house was awesome. Lots of room in the kitchen and family room. Plenty of space. Baths and kitchen all brand new! Would stay again. 👍👍👍

Comfortable and Cozy

My family enjoyed our stay here. The house is decorated nicely and the kitchen is stocked well. The master bath is extra-roomy with a soaking tub fit for two. A wide screen television added to our enjoyment of football viewing. Having stayed in the area frequently for the past two years, I can say this property is comfortable and accommodating. It is also conveniently located to grocery stores, retail shopping, fast foot, and marinas.

Fun time on the lake

We had a very fun weekend boating on the Lake. The covered dock was very nice as we had a big thunderstorm one night and our boat stayed nice and dry. The cove is quiet and we were able to waterski just outside the cove. The home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Very beautiful kitchen and master bedroom. We did not have a very good view of the main body of the lake due to the trees. I'm sure the view is fantastic once the leaves are down in the fall.

Perfect long weekend on the lake!

I had an amazing time at this beautiful home! All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The view of the lake from the master bedroom is superb. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything u may need to entertain such as a nice glass pitcher, serving dishes we used for brunch, and wine glasses! The grill is huge! Bring more than one bag of coals. We were very comfortable. Had plenty of room. I will be recommending this house to friends and using it anytime I vacation at Lake Lanier.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful, big home. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the living areas were big and open. The view of the lake from the balconies was wonderful. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

A Beautiful Vacation Home

Renting this home was an excellent idea. We were looking for a place to relax, but we did not want to be secluded. This home was perfect! The home captured the serenity that was important to us, while being close enough to shopping and restaurants so that no one got bored. Although we did not participate in lake activities, the home has a private dock for your own boating and would be perfect for jet-skis. iIt was an ideal place to relax on the back decks and just take in the scene of the lake. It was refreshing to get a call from the owner on the first day. He wanted to make sure that we had gotten into the property okay and that everything was to our liking. I will definitely like to rent this place again. This maybe a yearly rental for us!!! FANTASTIC PLACE!!!

This place was GREAT!

Tony the Tiger would love it and so will you! Very beautiful inside and out. Convenient Dock. Lots of space. I would definitely stay here again. My friends and I had a great time, and Fran was extremely nice.
