Spectacular wide water views, deep water, new completely lit dock. All brand new furnishings, beds, mattresses, foosball table, 5 flat-screen TVs, Direct TV and internet. Laundry room, W/D, dishwasher. Two Dens. Foosball table, 3 Bedrooms bunks are full-size beds. Complete Large eat-in kitchen upstairs, large kitchen table and bar area with 4 stools. Beautiful Mini kitchen downstairs. Screened in balcony and open balcony areas, new gas grill. An awesome seating area and fire pit newly landscaped and 3 kayaks to enjoy!

No pets of any kind allowed in house or on-premises. No Smoking is strictly enforced inside or outside the premises. Any Violation of the above will result in loss of security deposit and immediate termination of rental. The trash fee is listed as an administrative fee of $50 and is fully refundable if all trash is removed from premises at time of checkout and inspected by housekeeping. There is a trash site 5 minute drive from house.
*This property collects 7% for Georgia State Tax and 5% for Hall County Tax

It was a quick trip but the house was lovely. It had everything you could possibly need and then some. Plus the views were fantastic and the deer are so sweet. Communication was superb. Hosts go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Will definitely come back again for a return visit.

Lovely property on the lake

This house has a beautiful view of the lake from many of the rooms and is an easy walk from the house to the water. We loved having the downstairs living room for the teens and the upstairs living area for the adults. The house has all the comforts of home, including soft towels, comfortable beds, and an abundance of cooking utensils, pans, and spices in the kitchen. The host is also very friendly and replies quickly to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend away

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Ranch Estates! The home was clean and nicely appointed. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and large enough to fit everyone at meal time. The walk from the house to the dock is short and not steep or overly strenuous. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing right there off the dock. We’d definitely return.

Lake house Retreat

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful lake home in Lake Lanier. We had 4 couples getaway for a long weekend and it was spacious as well as comfy. We felt very at home and it was well stocked and very clean. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Communication was on point and very friendly. We definitely want to come back and try this amazing lake home in warmer months to enjoy the lake. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and welcoming us into your beautiful lake house.

Amazing family vacation!

This was exactly the vacation I was looking for my large family. We had a family union and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Plenty of area to eat and relax together. We floated off the dock for hours. The children enjoyed having games and a foosball table to play. They also caught a ton of fish off the dock. We will return to this great house! We rented a boat in the area. I highly recommended it and we kept it right at the dock. A great place for families to relax and enjoy the water. Owners were extremely helpful, honest, and prompt to reply.

Nice location

House is a great location on the lake with plenty of room, the downstairs queen is in need of a new mattress but the upstairs king is super comfy. Our 6 kids enjoyed the use of kayaks and the Foosball table was a huge hit. Our only complaint was that in general the house was clean, but not much attention had been paid to the bugs. There were cobwebs with spiders on almost every corner of a wall or doorway and bug traps with dead bugs. They were very visible so cleaning person should have taken care of it, but we cleaned them all up and it didn't affect our stay. The driveway is steep, however our 12 passenger van made it, we only had trouble with our tow cargo carrier bottoming out, but kept the van on the incline when it was on. All in all the house is great if you are looking for a place on the lake with plenty of beds.

Great place for family time on lake

We are so glad we found this wonderful house to have our annual family get together. Owners were great to work with responding promptly before and during our visit answering our questions. The downstairs bunk room worked great for the teenagers. All the beds in house were very comfortable, plenty of linens/towels and house was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to eat. Grocery store is about 6 minutes from house or lots of restaurants if you want to eat out. Walk to lake is very easy and they do a great job to make sure that dock is moved in or out depending on lake level. There is good deep water at end of dock no matter what the lake level is. Great location to sit on dock to watch kids tub, ski or wake board. Older kids enjoyed the double kayak that is available. When water level is down there is a nice sandy beach area for little ones to play with sand toys. We brought our boats so did not have to rent but there are 2 marina's not to far away to rent from. This will be our go to house in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Awesome lake house!

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic Labor Day weekend at Terri Jo’s lake house! Guests staying here will find the listing and the pictures for the home to be accurate, although neither convey the sense of warmth you will most certainly feel when you enter the home. We definitely felt welcome! The furnishings were very nice, the lake-theme of some of the decor a nice touch, the beds were super comfortable (the bunk room was a huge hit!), and the kitchen was stocked with any sort of cookware and serveware needed (with the minor exception of a beverage pitcher). Having the second frig in the laundry room was a nice bonus! We didn’t use the gas grill, although it is conveniently located on the screened porch. We had perfect weather to be outdoors and made full use of the lake; the grandkids had fun jumping off the dock and building castles along the shore, we all kayaked, and we rented a jet ski from an outfit nearby. Terri Jo exhibits the utmost concern for her guests; she even contacted me to make sure everything was satisfactory while she was preparing for the possibility of hurricane Dorian making landfall near her home in Florida!! If you book a stay here, you’ll make memories you won’t soon forget! We hope to return in the future!

Perfect spot for a big gathering

We had quite a few people coming into town for a wedding and wanted to be able to reunite in one spot. This hose was perfect! We loved that even the bunk room had full size beds, and all the mattresses were very comfortable. House was well stocked with dishes, towels etc. I feel like half the time you book a place that says it can hold a lot of people it then doesn't have the dishes etc. to meet that need. This place was well stocked and perfect!

Great stay and very responsive hosts

We enjoyed our stay. Most reviews are accurate, well stocked kitchen and steep & very curvy driveway. If you come in first time at night, will even be trickier. Having said that, we managed it fine but it was helpful that my sister and daughter were well informed before arriving. The beds were very comfortable and overall house was very accommodating all we had. Was able to grill, oven, stovetop, TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher.... all without issue. Pretty much anytime we went outside there were deer, up to 5 in a pack. Nice view and easy access to lake, the dock and kayaks were enjoyed as well.

7th time at the lake....

Our family had a good time in spite of the few rainy days that we had there! The house itself was fitting for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids. My son's family liked the idea of the bunk room being off of their bedroom, but would have been nice to have their own bathroom. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was helpful to put overflow of drinks etc that was right off of the kitchen, and the W&D seemed to be fairly new. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and necessary cooking items and the "pantry" cupboard had a nice selection of spices and seasonings left over from other tenants. The master bedroom was very roomy - but the bathroom was interesting with the sink counters being very low even for me who is only 5'4" - but just a minor disturbance. The shower was small and the large tub was not in working order. There was a large supply of extra towels in the hallway which was helpful for all, and just a few games available to play - would have been nice to have a few more. We also took advantage of the kayaks that were there and in good condition. The little beach was fun for the little ones and the new dock was the best one we have seen in 7 years! Loved the addition of the couch furniture near the water that we could hang out on and the slip to keep our boat worked great! We have always stayed at the southern part of the lake but due to a cancellation on us, we had to book elsewhere and Teresa was accommodating for us. The lake spot was nice but the neighborhood around us wasnt as usable. Most of the houses were much older and streets not as easy to walk around. The driveway was VERY steep and winding but we all managed to get up and down it if you go slow, but not the best thing to walk up and down if you are a daily walker! Stores are close by. A few hiccups.....the back porch/deck was pretty unkept - LOTS of spider webs with big spiders, leaves everywhere and furniture not wiped off. Also we went to use the grill and the bottom fell out of it! BUT after contacting the host it was all taken care of by handyman who bought a new grill and delivered and set up and some neighborhood kids who came over and took care of some of the webs etc. Didn't realize that the owners are not local and not available but were prompt in answering texts. NOTE - the garbage instructions were conflicting but u are told to drop off at a site instead of weekly pick up - not what a renter wants to do on vacation! Overall still a good trip!

Beautiful Lake House

My siblings and I needed to visit our father and landed on this house by the lake. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Kitchen was well stocked, property was clean and had all the amenities to keep everyone comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous Stay

We had a great time! 8 year old caught lots if bluegills off the dock! 5 year old managed bait and tried to catch minnows! Younger ones waded and swam on the sandy areas. Kayaked, made smores in fire pit! Great kitchen fully equipped! Great sleeping choices. Lots of decks and fantastic view! We will be back! This was our second stay.

Fabulous

The pictures were accurate and the house is wonderful! We enjoyed using kayaks and the kids caught bluegills off the dock. 2 large living areas and the foosball table was a hit! The kitchen is well equipped just like home! The driveway is extremely steep and somewhat scary as mentioned.

Easter at the lake

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating Easter at this home. Terri was wonderful to work with through the entire process. The pictures do not do this property justice. There are views of the lake from anywhere in the house. The kitchen is well stocked which we enjoyed preparing our Easter meal.

Mini Christmas Adventure

Our family of 9 was looking for a place to stay that we could travel to Helen and Dahlonega, GA and found Lake Ranch Estates which we enjoyed and meet all of our requirements. The house was clean and the property owners were a pleasure to work with and communicated with us prior to our arrival, so we were aware of things at the house. The kids experienced interest in wanting to stay during the warmer months of the coming year (2021), but with the arrival of a new grandbaby in March it is still up for discussion. Alice

Pure relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Ranch Estate property. The home is clean, spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. Every morning we sat on the dock and did a little fishing. The home feels private yet is close enough to all shopping and restaurants in town. Terri Jo was always available to communicate and answer any questions. We would definitely book this property again!

We had taken several summer lake vacations renting houses in Georgia, SC and NC.
By far Lake Lanier was the most spectacular. Not only is the lake beautiful but the location offers endless choices of things to do and it was easy travel by car or by plane. We fell in love with Lake Lanier and we are on a mission to find the perfect house and location to make a lifetime of memories with our family and friends. The views from this house are amazing and the lake is just steps away which was important to us. The beach area is a huge bonus and very rare to have on this lake. The upstairs kitchen is huge and the view is amazing. 3 Bedrooms and two dens offer views of the lake. There is more than enough room to vacation with our family and friends. The split floor plan offers space to let the kids go downstairs and adults entertain upstairs. The fire pit is great to relax the end of the day and roast marshmellos with the kids.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house gives you that never want to leave feeling. Beautiful views of the lake, green trees and deer that can be spotted in the morning and dusk. We love fishing floating off the brand new dock that is fully lit. Or morning coffee while the kids kayak on the lake. There is a swing on the deck to relax and read and look out to the lake. It is a truly amazing place that is meant to be shared.
