Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.

Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 505, your home away from home. A spacious 1200 square ft. fully furnished condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Begin your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the couch or the comfortable recliner. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch the game on the 60" HD TV in the Living Room / 40" HD 4K in the primary bedroom, and a 32" SMART HD TV in the 2nd bedroom.

Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the striking granite countertops as you prepare your favorite meals. The dining area fits 5 guests comfortably, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.

The primary suite has a cozy king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled primary bathroom has a walk-in closet, a large vanity with plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, and a gorgeous walk-in tile shower with a support bar and a built-in seat.

The inviting guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, 6-drawer dresser, and small walk-in closet with storage shelf. Freshen up in the spacious attached guest bathroom with marble vanity, 5-shelf linen closet, and tub/shower combo.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Play a thrilling game of tennis, lounge on the sun deck with palapas, take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, along the way, stop for a game of sand volleyball.
