Welcome to The Gannet Chalet – A thoughtfully reimagined Sunriver retreat that sleeps up to 18 guests & is dog friendly! Enjoy a private hot tub, dry sauna, 10 SHARC passes, a pool table and sports-package TVs. The garage is outfitted with a ping pong table and a fleet of bikes. Outside you’ll find a Blackstone grill, ample parking & a bike path in the backyard. Plus, the river is just a short walk away. Whether you're here to relax or recharge, The Gannet Chalet is your perfect Sunriver escape.



The Space:

The Gannet Chalet is a beautifully renovated 6-bedroom 6-bathroom Sunriver getaway, thoughtfully redesigned by a local designer (that’s us!) and now managed with care by the same team. This home is the perfect escape for large families or groups—whether you're soaking up summer or chasing powder in the winter.



Step inside to find a spacious layout ideal for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining. The fully stocked game room features a pool table and smart TVs with sports packages, while the garage offers gear storage, ping pong, and 12 bikes—including a few for kids and even one for a toddler.



Off the kitchen, unwind in the private dry sauna or step straight out to the hot tub on the back patio. The deck is made for entertaining, grilling, and enjoying long evenings under the stars. A bike trail runs right behind the home, and you're just across the street from the river—perfect for ending your float and walking home.



Guests also enjoy 10 SHARC passes, granting access to Sunriver’s premier recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, a tubing hill, pickleball and tennis courts, disc golf, and more. For kids, there is a full set of kids dishes/silverware, 2 pack n’ plays (kindly bring your own sheets), and 2 high chairs.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay—including all 6 bedrooms (plus a game room), living spaces, garage, sauna, hot tub, deck, and backyard. You'll also have access to 10 SHARC passes for community amenities like pools, tennis courts, and more. The home is exclusively yours to enjoy!

Downstairs:

Primary King - full en suite bath

Second King - full en suite bath

Bunk Bed room - half bath en suite

Powder bath near kitchen



Upstairs:

3 Queens Bedroom - no bath en suite

1st King Bedroom & 2nd King Bedroom - shared 2 shower jack n' jill (connecting) bathroom en suite

Full bath stand alone in the hallway
