Aloha Jim, Our listing clearly states that there are 3 bedrooms, one with a king that can be set up as twins, and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The condo also has a sofa sleeper. We are sorry to hear that you had an uncomfortable stay with us and that you feel the description does not clearly define the sleeping arrangements. We encourage our guests to reach out with any questions they have and would have been more than happy to assist you during your time of booking this condo. We wish you the best. Mahalo

Aloha Jan, We always do our best to give early and late checkouts if you ask ahead of time so we can make arrangements for everyones schedules, but due to the holiday season, that is not always the case. We are privately owned, so we are no apart of the rental association at the resort. Just because they have openings, that is not always the case for us. It was a pleasure to have you as our guests, and we no hope to see you again.

Thank you for sharing such kind feedback about your stay at Kahana Village. We’re thrilled to hear it was everything you imagined a beachfront condo in Maui to be — from the easy access to the pool and ocean to the incredible sea turtle sightings right from the beach. It’s great to know the beach towels, chairs, cool air conditioning, and in-suite laundry made your stay more comfortable. We also appreciate your note about the dryer — our maintenance team will be looking into that to ensure it’s operating as quietly as possible. We’re so glad you enjoyed your time here and that our team made a positive impression. We’d be delighted to welcome you back for another Maui getaway anytime!
