We have a minimum stay requirement but occasionally can accommodate shorter stays.


We also offer early check-in at 12:00pm instead of 4:00pm and late check out at 3:00pm instead of 11:00am based on availability for $150.00 each.

Welcome to Seven Sundays, a boutique collection of one-of-a-kind vacation rental properties in Northern California.

What is your idea of a perfect Sundays? Ours is to indulge in doing nothing, be enveloped in another’s company, to read, relax and dream at each week’s end. A point to reflect and regather, repeat or evolve. Only if every day could feel like a Sunday!

We believe there is a strong bond between our surroundings and happiness.

Outdoors: 2 acre rustic retreat in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country, peace and privacy, seasonal creek, stargazing, beautiful seasonal solar heated pool, jacuzzi, bird watching, butterfly catching, outdoor movies, hammocks, swings and daybeds. World renowned wineries in every direction.

Indoors: Light filled spaces with modern interiors created by the owner and one of a kind home accessories from Seven Sundays Studios and featured artists.
Among the amenities are a lack of cell phone reception and no TV.
We do have WiFi, a land line, a movie projector and a ton of great movies for you to watch.

2 bedrooms with 1 Queen and 1 King bed, 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the pool. Open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area make for perfect entertaining and unwinding after exploring neighboring wineries, biking or hiking. Abundant windows, French doors and skylights let the outdoors in and fill the house with light. The decks and lawn area make for a perfect outdoor extension of the living space.

Pool is seasonal. It's on solar heating and stays warm April-October. Jacuzzi is year-round.


Where:
The property is just minutes to Kenwood, Glen Ellen, the historic Sonoma Plaza, restaurants, shops, Sugarloaf Ridge and Annadel State Parks, wineries and Wine Country events. Approximately 55 miles to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Property is not suited for children under 8 years old. No animals.

Property is set back into the foothills so Internet might be slow at times and cell phone connectivity is very spotty. There is no TV but there is a projector and selection of movies provided for indoor and outdoor viewing. (Kind of repeating part from the above).

5 adults max occupancy.

Property operated with a Sonoma County vacation rental permit.

A lovey wooded retreat

A beautiful property with a park like sitting next to a creek with a wonderful pool and hot tub. The house was clean and well provisioned and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Good for groups

We had a relaxing stay with both elders and teens. The pool and hot tub were key for accommodating both age groups. Nice quiet location.

Wine country vacation

This place has lots of character and charm. Three separate building was ideal for our group. It is quiet with lots of surrounding beauty.

Beautiful and Fun

Everything about the property is beautiful and fun. I just wish we had had better weather so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more. Only improvement would be more outdoor lighting along pathways, etc.

Great scenic views

This is a great place! Awesome scenic views. Great private location, actually a stone's throw from the State Park. Still close to Sonoma and Santa Rosa. Perfect location. Interior of both the cottage and main house is wonderful. Full kitchen with propane grill outside. Definately recommend to all.

We had a wonderful time. Great location for visiting wineries. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Nicely appointed, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and drinking coffee. Having the cottage worked well for extended space. We loved the hot tub and the whispering creek. Only wish it would have been warmer so we could use the beautiful outside space more. We appreciated all of the information sent ahead of time with directions, things to do and how to operate all of the amenities.

Idyllic escape

Obsessed with this property. The natural surroundings were peaceful and invigorating, and the accommodations were comfortable and fully provisioned. We were a group of 5 friends and had plenty of room to spread out, which made for a rejuvenating weekend together. The casa and casita were both charmingly decorated and spacious. We really appreciated the proximity to great wineries and restaurants in Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma, Napa, and Healdsburg. Would highly recommend this property to a larger group!

Needs improvements

We had two couples stay for a week - one couple in the main house and one in the cottage. The main house had a very bad septic smell in the bathroom the entire week as well as a continuous ant problem in the kitchen, even when no food was left out. The refrigerator is extremely noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep. (sounded like typical ice maker noise, however there was no ice maker hooked up and no ice trays to use -- so bring your own bag of ice!) The cottage needs a new fan in the bedroom. It has a terrible intermittent noise at any speed level. There were very few towels for us to use as well - only 2 bath towels and one hand towel for 2 people for a whole week! I was not counting on having to do laundry on our vacation. Some additional towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated. There is a small dorm size refrigerator in the cottage, but no microwave or means to cook anything. The plus side is that the property is very secluded and has a nice mountain side view from the pool & deck area.

Excellent Thanksgiving Stay

This is a lovely property and experience. It made for an excellent getaway for our family and close friends. So many peaceful nooks and spots on decks and in nature. Thank you for a terrific experience.

Wonderful girls trip

We had my bachelorette weekend at the property and it was wonderful! Every single guest said it was one of their favorite places they had ever stayed. The property was beautiful and expansive, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were very nice. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Amazing property! Communication with the owner was easy and fast! This place is full of zen!

Perfection! Spacious! All the amenities you would need for a perfect weekend in wine country. The sound of the creek was so blissful. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The property was well maintained and beautiful. I highly recommend!

A beautiful Oasis

Property was beautiful and unique. Owner is sweet and communication was good however, I was never given instructions or a code on how to get into house. Luckily the door was unlocked when we arrived because I had no service to contact anyone unless we drove into town. The lock on the door from the outside was broken so we could never lock up after leaving and there was no key. We just took our chances. All in all the stay was perfect and highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat in Wine Country

This place was just perfect for our adult getaway to wine country (3 couples/6 adults). Located in Kenwood, it has its fair share of tasty wines right in its backyard and was within a 45 minute or less drive to Sonoma, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, and Napa. Quiet neighborhood tucked in the mountain right next door to a stayer park we appreciated the seclusion and the wildlife (deer) that roamed in the yard daily. We found the place to be pretty spacious for a California property. Homeowner is an artist so the house was decorated with unique pieces from her collection that added much to the character of the place. Bedrooms were not crammed by any means for space (even the queen bedroom). We were able to sit comfortably in the sitting/living room (all 6 of us) if we pulled up one chair from the dining room. We comfortably ate meals in the dining room and the kitchens open format allowed for gathering while cooking. The outside patio was where we spent most time when we were home and there were plenty of places to sit, relax, and gather. The casita was your own private hideaway perfect for a romantic couple getaway with plenty of space and it’s own hot tub!! It was about 500 feet from the main house so it did require one couple to “walk home” after we turned in for the evening. The in ground pool and spa hot tub were nestled into a nicely maintained outdoor oasis area with lush vegetation. As others said, there is not a lot of deck space but again 6 adults seemed to enjoy it fine. We ran into some problems with the pool in the beginning and Trent and Anya were attentive in fixing the matter right away. We also checked in at 5:30 instead of 4:00 and the cleaning lady was still there cleaning. This is probably a staffing issue at cleaning company. Overall we had a great time. Fit the bill for what we needed and appreciated the owners do diligence in making our stay comfortable and fun.

Fantastic Property in Sonoma

This property in Kenwood is fantastic. The location is very tranquil and quiet but within minutes of wineries and restaurants. It is very well kept and stocked; the house had every thing we needed and more. The pool was well kept and clean. Just needed some slight skimming. The two bedrooms were nicely sized and with comfy beds. Anya and Trent were great hosts as well! They were very responsive to our questions and the checkin process was seamless. The geodome was a pleasant surprise as well. Our group loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

Secluded slice of heaven

Loved staying in this lovely house during our wine tasting trip! Two couples had plenty of space to spread out and really appreciated the pool/hot tub at the end of the day. The area is so private and quiet, we were truly relaxed and comfortable after our long days of tasting.

Birthday stay

Beautiful property though was a birthday weekend getaway and picked the place for the pool and hottub. Never found the remote to the hottub at the main house and the hottub in the casita never would warm up even after waiting an hour. Couldn’t contact the owner through our phone because we all could not text only FaceTime since WiFi is very limited. Did message owner through the app but didn’t hear back till we had checked out and they finally found the remote in a random spot left by the last customer. But everything else was great and so much to do in the town.

Beautiful secluded location

Gorgeous pool and property. Rent a car as it’s very hard to get Uber or Lyft. Also, wish we had known that the studio was 400 yards from the main house and didn't have air conditioning. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful property with a few issues

The property the house is on is beautiful. The grassy area, patio and creek are lovely. We were surprised by how cramped the house felt but over time we got used to it and a couple of us stayed in the cottage down the lane which helped. There isn't a ton of space in the family room. The other issue was ants all over the kitchen. We spent a lot of time cleaning and sweeping and doing dishes constantly (they have a well stocked kitchen but only enough stuff to use once as a group of 6before you have to wash again) and it took away from the vacation feel because it felt like a constant slog to clean and take trash out. The pool area is beautiful but also oddly cramped. It’s hard to even walk around the pool without feeling like you might trip and fall in. But the pool area was clean and the temp was decent. The owner was kind enough to let us host a few people which worked out well so I really appreciated that. The location is also central. Basically 20 min to heart or Sonoma and 30-40 mins to oakville, Napa, Calistoga, etc. Overall a solid place at a decent price.

Relaxing Property with Great Amenities!

I highly recommend this rental, if you're looking for privacy, relaxation, and great amenities! My family and I enjoyed that it was away from the commercial and heavily traveled areas of Napa and Sonoma. The sound of the nearby creek was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. This property is well-appointed and offers many extras that others in the area do not: * Two (2) hot tubs - One at main house and another at the smaller cottage * Swimming pool * An outdoor shower option - My siblings loved this as they could be outdoors and be one with nature! * A well-stocked kitchen - We cooked several meals at the house and everything we needed was available * Expansive outdoor decks and patios, along with a hammock close the creek * Great Wifi speed and performance (separate router at each location - main house and cottage) The Property Manager, Sasha, was easy to work with and very responsive. We had a minor plumbing problem with the kitchen sink that we discovered the first morning. Sasha arranged to have a plumber on-site that same day to quickly resolve it. Some of the other special touches of this property included a supply of coffee, sweetener, and plenty of paper goods for our stay. The kitchen had plenty of spices and cookware if you want to cook a meal at the main house. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be "away from it all" and truly relax. Please note that cell service is sparse, so we used Wifi calling and were fine.

Absolutely stunning!

The home is in a most perfect setting. By the creek, far enough from the road to feel completely private but very close to wineries and restaurants. You can tell the owner is an interior designer. The property is furnished beautifully with lots of very special touches and details. I was in love with the artwork and vintage Moroccan rugs especially, it's not often you see this type of decor at a rental house. A welcome bottle of Rose was a very nice touch and was much appreciated on a hot sunny day:) We have heard a rumor that the owners will be transitioning into a yoga/wellness/local food-wine retreat next year, so this might be the last summer you can rent this place as a vacation rental. Thank you for making our stay so special, we are hoping to return soon.

She believes that our everyday surroundings play a huge role in our happiness and wellbeing. Especially when we travel.
She was born in Moscow, lived in New York, Brussels and made San Francisco her home where she currently resides with her partner and two kids. She's traveled extensively through Europe and Asia. Her most recent obsession is with Morocco and Iceland.
