The condo was everything we expected and more. Didn’t realized we were a corner unit, so we had intercoastal views as well as a peek a boo view of the gulf! So nice to be at the pool in the am and the beach in the afternoon. Condo was super cute and well equipped for the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs! If I had one critique, it would be that the couches were not comfortable. But honestly, who cares, we were hardly in them! We much preferred to sit out on the balcony with the view. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved watching the dolphins, pool, hot tub. All in all just a great stay!

Wonderful

Beautiful condo, very up to date, comfortable beds. Views of the water from every window! Right across the road from the beach, really nice pool area. Our favorite place we have stayed at!

Charming condo with a view

Great place, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen had all the things one would need to cook. Main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, with attached bathroom. Great supply of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The pool is amazing and maintained daily. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. There were dolphins and manatees daily to watch. Definitely recommend this lovely condo.

Great location by the beach

This location was great and minutes to the beach. Beach was fabulous and not too busy. Place is well furnished including lots for the beach (chairs, umbrella), fishing rods, etc. Could have a bit more of the basics spices, etc. Only salt and pepper. Great place to stay and would be back

Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club # 508, Indian Shores

The property was lovely. It was very beachie, rustic and cozy!! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the coastal waterway. The pool was lovely as well.

Relaxing

Nice and relaxing! The view from the balcony was amazing loved watching the boats and dolphins go by every day. The only negative was the hot tub wasn’t open the whole time we were there.

Perfect spot!

Perfect location and amazing view! The balcony was my fav with plenty of room and seats. The closet is full of beach chairs, tennis rackets and many other things you might want. The property manager was very nice, accommodating and got back to me quickly even on Easter Sunday. Beautiful property, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Nicely decorated, very spacious, and the owners thought of everything down to the candles out on the balcony. We did not want for anything. I’d stay again except for the fact that there is nothing nearby to walk to.

Beautiful place

The condo is beautifully displayed with beach accent. It had all your basic needs for cooking. The beach is directly across the street from condo. The only “bad thing” if you can say that, is the couches were very hard and not comfortable to sit on. Rather than that there is plenty of ample space. We spent most of our time in the pool and on the balcony enjoying the views watching dolphins and boats.

Spacious comfy stay with a view!

We enjoyed our 9-night stay at the condo. It’s very spacious, plenty of room for our 5 people family. We’ve stayed a many vacation rentals and this one is one of the most homey, well decorated we’ve seen. The kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. Everything is thought through- cart and tools for the grill downstairs, Tupperware for beach snacks, large serving trays, etc. Plenty of blankets, sheets, beach gear including sand toys. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony! We spotted many dolphins, manatees and birds. The beach is only a short 4-5 min walk. We had a wonderful time!

Family trip to celebrate senior year

We love this area and have stayed up and down the coast. This was a beautiful condo on the inlet and a short walk to the beach. Seen dolphins every day while eating. Very quite community but super friendly. The girls had a good time walking to various places or taking the trolly to Clearwater or John’s Pass. Overall all of us enjoyed ourselves and we gave our daughter and her best friends something to remember for a lifetime

Nice but…

It was not very clean when we arrived. The view was great. Decor cute. Couch was very hard to sit on and impossible to sleep on when pulled out bc it was so hard. It would benefit the owners if they got a comfortable couch for sitting and sleeping.

Way more dolphin sightings 🐬 in the intracoastal than in the Gulf !!

Great condo. The pictures don’t lie. Super clean Fully equipped with everything including beach toys 🏖️ Amazing location. 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The most beautiful tennis 🎾 and pickle ball courts I’ve ever seen. You don’t even have to cross the street to play mini golf!!⛳️ Thank you Kevin for a great family vacation.🌴🌞 We truly had a blast !!😃

Great stay. Great property.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and just as pictured. The area is great. We walked to coffee every morning. Short walk across the street to beach. Unit has beach chairs and all things needed for a fun day. One thing I wish were different but not because of unit. The sun goes behind the building at 3pm so pool time is over.

Great Location, Wonderful View, Good complex

While the location was great, view wonderful the place was a little dirty, no, really dirty. I was surprised we had to pay for cleaning. The ice tray in the freezer was disgusting. It looked as though they took a swifter over the floors instead of mopping. There was dried candy stuck on the floor. My husband walked barefoot over the floors and had to clean them before getting into bed they were so dirty. Not to mention sleeping on the twin beds were horrible. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall when I tried to hang a towel on it and they NEVER fixed it the month we were there. Towels were very old and small...bring your own. I bought some from Costco for $4 a piece and they were MUCH better. Then when I asked to rent next year they said they had to wait to see if the other renters wanted it first! REALLY!!! Poorly managed. I did like the location that was a big plus with the ocean just about a block away. The pool and hot tub were nice. I would have chosen a different unit. this one was not furnished very nicely. Old, old, old.

Hi Christine - I am sorry to hear that you were not given first "dibs" on renting for next year. You definitely should have unless your dates were not available. In regards to the cleanliness of the unit, we have addressed your concerns with our cleaning crew and we expect that will not happen again. In the future, please let us know if the unit is not clean to your standards and we will get it taken care of immediately. I am happy to inform you that the condo has also been recently updated - you can see the beautiful improvements made to the unit by checking out the photo gallery. New towels, linens, area rugs, furniture, kitchen items, patio furniture, dining table, and fresh paint! We hope you give us another chance to accommodate you in the future.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

Do not rent this condo. My family visited during the 4th of July week and did not have functioning air conditioning the entire visit. The temperatures outside were at a record high so you can imagine the discomfort. The temperature in the condo was consistently 78 degrees and air was not blowing from the vents in the kitchen, dining room, and twin bedroom making those rooms unusable. When I cooked it would reach 80 degrees and the air quality was humid and stifling the entire time. At the end of the week the dishwasher stopped working toward the end of the week and the bathroom in the hallway sink had a slow drain. There were ants all over the kitchen counter when my son tried to eat his breakfast Friday morning. We were given a window unit for the master bedroom, but our children had to sleep on the pull out couch utilizing $70 worth of fans we purchased. Every issue was reported to the management company starting Saturday when we checked in. The person we called would not readily respond to emails and acted inconvenienced when we called her. We had to constantly reach out to the property management to get them to engage with us. At the end of our visit after trying to work with them to resolve the issues we asked for a refund for half of our money. After waiting for a full 24 hours for a response, still no response. Avoid this property and all itrip properties. It's not worth the risk. I guess our next step is to get VRBO involved.

The management responded to this guest immediately upon his first call regarding the AC not cooling efficiently (which was the ONLY issue reported upon his arrival). Two portable AC units were delivered to the condo (the same day) until the AC company could get to the property to check on it and repair/replace as needed. The dishwasher did stop working later in the week and the owner purchased a new dishwasher and had it delivered the next morning. No report of ants was made until the morning of the guest's checkout - the unit was inspected just two hours after his report of ants and neither the inspector nor the cleaner found any in the kitchen. The guest was very fairly compensated for the troubles with the dishwasher going out and the AC problems (even though the AC technician and management found that without the TWO portable units that the AC was steady around 77 degrees - so with two units, the condo should have been much cooler). Since this guest's stay, a brand new AC unit has been installed and the condo is even more comfortable and very cool.

Perfect Location

Close easy access to beach. Pool area was very nice. Balcony view was very peaceful. Condo had everything we could have needed except beach towels.

Thank you for your review. It is noted in the property description in the listing and the check in instructions (which are sent a week prior to guest's arrival) that bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not. We are glad to hear you had all other amenities needed to enjoy your stay!

Dolphin watching

Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony saw them 3 of the 7 days. Enjoyed the pool and seating was available whenever we went to the pool. Quick walk to the beach, enjoyed beach walking in the mornings. Only downside twin beds were very squeaky/noisy for an adult to sleep on.

needs updating

matresses-bad, junk in closets, skillets old, different glasses cram med in cabinet. Outdoor table and chairs need painting. Not up to our usual standards. Beautiful view from deck.

The owner is aware of the feedback regarding the mattresses and skillets and will replace as needed. There isn't "junk" in the closets - the hall closet is well-stocked with beach gear for guests' use and the kitchen cabinets have been reorganized.
