Sea Club is conveniently located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and bike and scooter rentals! Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal from the private, covered balcony, or cast your line from the on-site fishing pier. There is also a communal picnic area complete with BBQ grills!

Booked last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. Check-in process was simple, condo was spacious. Short walk to the beach, kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend/stay again!

Check‑in was easy once we located the unit, though be prepared for a fairly long walk from the parking lot to the door.Pros:• Beautiful views and well‑kept grounds• Wonderful pool area• Great location—an easy walk to the beach• My son loved fishing off the dockCons:• The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and appear very old—this was the biggest issue.• The dishwasher doesn’t work.• The unit wasn’t as clean as expected and doesn’t feel well cared for.The management company did respond quickly and genuinely tried to help. They provided a mattress topper, which was a kind gesture, but it didn’t resolve the problem. At this point, meaningful improvements really need to come from the owner.

We enjoyed the location! Just a 2 min walk to the beach. The unit was very well stocked, pristine clean and very roomy for a 2 bedroom unit. The property is very well maintained, the pool was very clean. Great location with lots of things to do walking distance. We have been going to Clearwater for 10 years and this property has become out favorite. The unit has been updated, so the pictures would not do the true justice. Very happy we stayed in this unit.

Wonderful Stay!

Very nice space, couch that turned into a bed for more room!! Very beautiful view of a big lake. Walking distance to beach was amazing, will definitely book again on our next trip.

Great location. Condo worked great for our family. It could use a deep cleaning, but that’s me lol. We’ve already started planning our next trip!!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

Great location

My wife and I had a great time . There was 9 of us / the other 3 groups rented 3 other units. Place was cozy and great location. It does need a little updating , other than that, place was clean. We will definitely be renting that one in the near future.

The condo is spacious and quiet. Great location. Needed some deeper cleaning, especially the fridge and dishes. Very nice pool area. Living room furniture not very comfortable and dated and worn.

We loved the condo!! Perfect size for my family. It was clean and well stocked. The balcony view was gorgeous! We saw manatees and dolphins playing often. My husband fished off the pier and caught several. The kids loved the pool.

Location perfect, pool is clean and heated. The Unit 34 is quite dated and could use upgrading for the price. Furniture is a bit shabby, cigarette burn on chair, sheets are very worn and frayed, bathroom plumbing needs work, overall I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. The complex is very nice with fishing pier, parking was never a problem. I have rented from VRBO for over 10 years and am usually happy with the rentals

Thanks a lot. Rested very well. The apartment is good. But i would recommended to change cooking stove, is very old.The toaster is also very old and we couldn"t use it.And it would be nice to add beach towels.

A Little Dated...but Nice

Wonderful stay overall. At present, does not sleep 6 as specified. Frame on hide-a-bed/couch was broken. So could not pull pour bed to use. Also the bedside lamp in master bedroom was broke...one step away from being a "shock" hazard. Overall...would stay here again.

Indian shores

The condo was clean but very dated. There weren’t enough wine glasses and no beach towels. Bedspreads are heavily used. Broken slats in the blinds. Cigarette burn in the recliner. This condo is inexpensive to stay at if you overlook the above comments. But it could really use some sprucing up. Next time I would pay a little more for an updated renovated condo.

Every step of reservation /payment was easy and I give 5out 5 stars. Location and description of condo 4stars. View from balcony of coastal, 5 stars. Living room Furniture and comfort 2.5 stars as the couch and love seat/lazyboy and balcony furniture old and not very comfortable or clean. Kitchen has outdated stove and fridge very loud at times, we hear the fridge running from our bedroom. This was our second 4 week visit here . I seen some other couple mention the same rating for the furniture. The AC worked flawlessly and kept us nice and cool. We won’t book again unless the furniture and kitchen is updated.

Great location. Easy walking to the beach and restaurants. Nice water view from the balcony. The complex is very nice and well kept. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself was very outdated and dirty. The smell as soon as you walked in the door was overpowering. The carpet and furniture were very dirty and worn. Our feet would get dirty walking on the floors. The only broom there was full of hair and filthy so it had to be cleaned before it could even be used to sweep. The pillows on the beds were completely flat so we had to purchase our own. The towels were dingy and small so again we purchased our own. This unit is in desperate need of some updating and deep cleaning.

Great Property, Condo needs work

We recently stayed at Unit 34 in the Sea Club complex and overall had a wonderful time. The complex itself is beautiful—well-maintained, quiet, and in a fantastic location. The management company was responsive and did their best to address the issues we encountered.That said, the condo definitely needs some attention and investment. While we didn’t mind the outdated decor—we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the pool, fishing, and the beach—several of the essential appliances and furnishings were in poor condition.The fridge had a broken hinge, which meant we had to be careful closing it each time—not ideal with kids. The microwave stopped working during our stay; it was replaced, but unfortunately not until the last day. The washer barely cleaned our clothes, and the dryer left rust stains, which was especially frustrating since we packed light expecting to do laundry. When the owner came to inspect, there was no apology for the damaged clothing—just a sense of annoyance over the potential cost of repairs. We later found out there’s a shared laundry room at the complex, which is very clean and well-kept. If you stay here, definitely bring quarters and use that instead.The pool is lovely—clean, warm, and well-maintained—and the fishing dock is a great spot to relax. A lot of regulars gather there, and it has a friendly, laid-back vibe. The poolside bathroom is spotless, and there’s a bookshelf in the laundry room stocked with books for anyone who enjoys reading.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, Wände sind frisch gestrichen. Allerdings sind die Möbel ziemlich durch gewesen. Viele Dinge wurden nach unserer Beschwerde gefixt aber nicht alle. Die Waschmaschine hat unsere Wäsche kaputt gewaschen wurde aber nach 3 Tagen ausgetauscht. Sauberkeit war solala. Boden klebrig und Geschirr etwas pappig vom Vorgänger.
