Sunnyside Beach Retreat-a great place to build memories

This is a great home - perfect for kids and adults alike. Ideally set up for family enjoyment. With central AC for those hot summer days and a new furnace for the cool spring and fall mornings & evenings.

Fishermen enjoy the waters of Loon Lake. There are Kokanee (Silver Salmon), Rainbow Trout & Tiger Trout, Small and Large Mouth Bass, Mackinaw, Blue Gill, Perch and other species.

Vacationers enjoy Loon Lake's warm waters and soft sandy beaches. It is a perfect lake to enjoy all the water sports including kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing, tubing, floating or just about anything you can imagine doing in the water.

Bring the water toys-we will provide paddle boards, 3 Kayaks, row boat and sand toys for your use (we do provide several sizes of life jackets-infant to adult-call to inquire that we have the right sizes). You will enjoy sun all day and fantastic sunsets in the evenings.
The wildlife is fun to watch. We enjoy the ducks, geese, turtles and various critters that visit the lake and shores around us. April & May there is a good chance you might hear and see a Loon or 2 as they are passing through.

The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils (including blenders and mixer) and there is a gas grill-you supply the food and appetite.

You will enjoy the private sandy beach. With a very gentle slope from the house to the beach it is perfect for all ages and abilities. Enjoy the fire pit for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs or just enjoying the evening. There is plenty of yard to enjoy outdoor games such as ladder ball, bocce ball, frisbee, catch or just soaking up the sun.

We do not host events at our lake home such as rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, anniversaries, bachelor or bachelorette or graduation parties.

From mid June to mid September the minimum stay duration is 7 nights - checking in Saturday and checking out Saturday.

Owners are licensed real estate agents in Washington State.

Great family get away!

5 stars. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could want, appliances, indoor/outdoor games (e.g., row boat, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). We look forward to going back again for a longer stay.

Amazing place at an amazing location

What a great experience. This place felt like home. The wonderful hosts provide an amazing place for all ages. We had three little ones that throughly enjoyed our week vacation both inside the cabin and outside. To bad our vacation had to end.

I really enjoyed it. It was well done. Plenty to entertain yourself and others with.

The cabin met and exceeded our expectations and needs. The owners are very attentive to detail and are great to work with. We are in the process of booking our next year vacation with them again. We will be back.

loved this place

This was our second stay at this property. The improvements made in the last two years are awesome. Central air, expanded beach, fire pit and additional toys for all ages made the visit of our kids and grandkids a a real joy. We were six adults and three children under seven, and there was lots of room and plenty to do, inside and out.

We didn't want to leave

What a wonderful little getaway! The property owners were so pleasant and accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We (kids and grandkids included) enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle boards and motorboat, relaxing on the lovely beach, and sitting around the fire. Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay!

Relaxing Getaway

The cabin was cozy and comfortable for my family. My little girls loved playing on the sandy beach and my son enjoyed riding the paddle board. My husband loved fishing everyday out of the provided aluminum boat, and I enjoyed reading one of the books at the cabin. The owner, Bryan was great with communication and answering any questions we had during our stay. We will be back!!

Great family cabin

This property makes you feel like you are at home. It was equipped with everything needed for our group from more than enough bedding, towels and kitchen gadgets. There are 3 sleeping levels great for the night owls and early birds. Check in and out was super easy with great communication with the hosts. We spent most our time outside next to the lake. The owners shared their rowboat, kayaks, and paddles boards with us. Also is a great sandy beach with lots of toys for our 3 yr old grandson. We came into loon lake for a wedding and the whole time we were talking about making this an annual family trip. Would love to stay here again!!!

Best 4th of July Ever!

Our family of 5 was so fortunate to have stayed in this wonderful beach house on pristine Loon Lake. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day visit. The downstairs bunk room was perfect for the kids. There is a large grass lawn between the house and the lake, which is perfect for playing badminton and other lawn games. The sandy beach is perfect kids play and swimming. I loved that we could use their rowboat and canoe...my son and I had a great paddle to the other side of the lake. The 4th of July firework displays were truly stunning (the entire lake is lit up from one end to the other)...maybe the best fireworks displays I've seen anywhere! Lastly, I loved the view of the sunset from the house! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This home provides everything it promises plus more!

This was our first time staying at this home. We came home to visit family from Phoenix and stayed for 4 nights. This home had everything you could imagine! We had family over for bbq's and everyone loved it. There was so much room inside and out. The kids had plenty of beach toys and indoor toys to keep them occupied. We spent every morning drinking our coffee right on the beach. Kayaking was a daily activity add well as feeding the ducks and watching the bald eagles. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home. The Crabbe family was a pleasure to deal with and we even received a thank you post card in the mail when we got home. Thank you Bryan and Stacey!

Perfect Lake Cabin Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin by the lake. The location was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach that was ideal for our little ones. They provided an excellent selection of sand toys which kept the kids entertained for hours. We had a blast in the water, taking full advantage of the paddle boards and canoes available for us to use. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the house itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. They thoughtfully provided everything from a basket of Sā€™mores supplies to plenty of blankets and pillows. It truly felt like a home away from home, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling from out of town. Among the various rentals we've experienced, this cabin has easily become one of our favorites. Downstairs, there's a great play area for the kids stocked with toys, movies, and a Wii, ensuring there was never a dull moment. We can't speak highly enough of both the host and the cabin itself. The convenience of getting to the cabin and its proximity to local attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended this cabin!

Relax by the lake!

Wonderful, comfortable property that is fully stocked with everything you need! We enjoyed the water toys, cooked some meals, and puzzled. This place is GREAT for families and had so many toys for my 6 yr old to keep busy!! Excellent communication with the host.

House is great, water is shallow

We had a blast at this totally equipped, beautiful and well maintained house! The beach and grass were amazing and they had everything we could have wanted. One note that we didnā€™t see in the other reviews: the water is VERY SHALLOW. There isnā€™t a place to jump in and the bottom is squishy.

Awesome rental

The property owners greeted us at check in and showed is around the property. They were very communicative and the property was set up with everything you would need to have an amazing vacation. We had a great experience.

Great relaxing get away.

Beautiful property- every thing you need. Kayaks and paddle boats great. We were also able to rent an 18 foot speed boat at the Shor acres resort for tubing at a very reasonable price. Only note would be that the stairs from main level to lower or upper level are very steep. So any older guests should stay on main level. Trying to determine already when we can come back!

I travel 2 to 3 vacation rentals every summer and this is far the best for a family vacation. Kids enjoyed playing in sand, water, kayaking, fishing and boating. Nothing beats having BBQ with friends, with firepit and kids playing in sand at the same time. Bryan has done a great job arranging everything for a fun filled family vacation. The neighbors were great too and my kids liked playing with their dog. The house has lot of toys for kids and has lots of water sports items. We will definitely come back every season to this house. Thank you Bryan for everything!

Our family has visited Loon Lake for several years. We enjoy the clean warmer waters of Loon Lake and love that our 2nd home is only 25 minutes from our primary home in Spokane.
We love being able to share our lake home with our Family and Friends. The memories are priceless.

We could not have found a more ideal location for our home. We have some of the best neighbors you can find and the home sits on the sunny East side of the lake with an easy walk down to the sandy shores.

The views from the deck over the calm morning and evening water is breathtaking. Sitting on one of the decks or the dock watching the early morning ducks and birds is very relaxing. We especially enjoy watching the kids play in the water all day.
